黃土地區(qū)淺埋大跨小凈距隧道施工優(yōu)化及變形控制研究
[Abstract]:The paper takes the Yannan fourth Road Station of Xi'an Metro Line No. 4 ~ Datang Furong Yuan Station as the engineering background. The mechanical characteristics and deformation law of shallow buried small distance tunnel in loess area were studied by systematic numerical simulation and field monitoring method. Based on the principle of the displacement superposition method, the estimation formula of the surface settlement in the construction of the shallow loess tunnel with small net distance is derived. The main work and research results obtained in this paper are as follows: (1) optimizing the construction sequence of small clear distance tunnel with shallow buried asymmetric section of loess. In this paper, numerical simulation analysis method is used to study the mechanical and deformation characteristics of soil around the tunnel and the supporting structure of the tunnel when the large section tunnel is excavated first and the small section tunnel is first excavated. Based on the numerical simulation analysis, the construction scheme of "excavation ahead of large section tunnel" is determined. (2) for the construction of small net distance tunnel with shallow and asymmetric section of loess, In this paper, the variation of tunnel deformation and mechanical characteristics caused by different large-section tunnel excavation schemes in the "large-section tunnel first excavation" scheme is studied. Different excavation modes and asymmetric cross-section spacing between large cross-section tunnels are analyzed to the soil mass of the tunnel. The deformation of intermediate rock column and supporting structure, the influence of force, surface subsidence and plastic zone of surrounding rock, based on numerical simulation analysis, determine the rationality of large-section tunnel. (3) the detailed numerical analysis model of double-sidewall tunnel excavation method is constructed, and the construction scheme of double-sidewall diversion pit is studied in detail, aiming at the construction proposal of shallow buried asymmetric cross-section tunnel with small clear distance. The change of surrounding rock, support structure and surface subsidence caused by different step excavation parameters determines the economic, reasonable and feasible setting distance between the steps, and optimizes the construction parameters of double-sidewall guide pit method of shallow asymmetric section and small clear distance tunnel. The construction of the project has been guided and good results have been obtained. The field monitoring analysis carried out by tracking construction verifies the economy, rationality and feasibility of the recommended scheme. (4) based on the principle of superposition method, the modified analysis formula of surface settlement of double-hole parallel tunnel construction is obtained. According to the characteristics of Xi'an loess shallow buried tunnel, the suggested value of surface subsidence coefficient of loess shallow buried tunnel with small net distance is given under the condition of different buried depth and tunnel spacing. The surface subsidence caused by the construction of Yannan four Road Station ~ Datang Furong Garden Station of Xi'an Metro Line 4 is forecasted.
