多跨連續(xù)梁拱組合體系橋梁施工關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題研究

【摘要】:安康市城東漢江大橋主橋?yàn)?75+2×125+160+2×125+75)m多跨連續(xù)梁拱組合體系橋梁,全橋采用先梁后拱法施工,系梁采用平衡懸臂澆筑法施工,中跨跨中33m梁段采用支架現(xiàn)澆法施工。為選擇合理的現(xiàn)澆段支架拆除時(shí)機(jī)、邊跨配重卸載時(shí)機(jī)、臨時(shí)固結(jié)拆除順序以及吊桿張拉順序和次數(shù)等,采用MIDAS Civil建立全橋有限元模型,針對(duì)各種方案下的結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行模擬分析。結(jié)果表明:跨中現(xiàn)澆段的支架應(yīng)在張拉完全部吊桿后再拆除;邊跨配重應(yīng)在中跨或次邊跨合龍后再卸載;應(yīng)待相鄰孔合龍后再拆除前一合龍孔的臨時(shí)固結(jié);應(yīng)對(duì)稱交替地張拉吊桿,設(shè)計(jì)張拉力較小時(shí)可一次張拉到位,設(shè)計(jì)張拉力較大時(shí)應(yīng)分批張拉到位。該橋采取以上方案施工后,結(jié)構(gòu)受力狀態(tài)良好。
[Abstract]:The main bridge of Hanjiang River Bridge in Ankang City is composed of (752 脳 125,1602 脳 125.75) m multi-span continuous beam-arch system. The whole bridge is constructed by the method of first beam after arch, the tie beam is constructed by balanced cantilever pouring method, and the middle span section of mid-span 33m beam is constructed by support cast-in-place method. In order to select the reasonable timing of cast-in-situ support removal, the time of loading and unloading of side span, the order of temporary consolidation removal, and the order and times of tension of suspenders, the finite element model of the whole bridge is established by MIDAS Civil, and the structure under various schemes is simulated and analyzed. The results show that the support of the cast-in-place span should be removed after all the suspenders have been tensioned, the weight of the side span should be unloaded after the middle span or the second side span is closed, the temporary consolidation of the former one should be removed after the adjacent holes are closed. When the design tension force is small, the tension can be put in place at one time, and when the design tension force is larger, the tension should be in place in batches. After the above scheme is adopted, the structure is in good stress state.
