水泥穩(wěn)定碎石分離式振動拌合試驗研究
[Abstract]:Cement stabilized macadam base has the advantages of high strength, good stability and low cost. At present, the production technology of base material has been developed and mature, but the agitation process is still based on the traditional forced mixing method. Through the research of scholars, it is proposed that the vibration mixing of cement concrete can improve the mixing quality and production efficiency. Based on the relevant strengthening mechanism, the research on the vibration mixing of cement stabilized crushed stone is carried out in this paper. Vibration agitation is to make the materials distribute evenly in convection and diffusion motion by stirring, and to destroy the micro-cement mass by vibration, so as to speed up the hydration reaction rate and improve the surface bonding force between aggregate and cement slurry. Because there are many factors affecting vibration agitation, and conditions are limited, this paper focuses on the study of vibration effect, and carries out separate vibration mixing test of cement stabilized crushed stone. It is proved that static vibration can improve the compressive strength of cement stabilized macadam and promote hydration reaction, but it has no obvious effect on moisture content and dry density. Through orthogonal test and all-factor test, the high efficient vibration parameters are obtained, and the vibration time and times are determined as the main influencing factors. When the vibration time is short, the vibration effect of each combination parameter is small. When the vibration time is increased, the vibration effect is positively correlated with the frequency of vibration and the vibration power, and the vibration power should not be too low or too high. In this paper, the influence of mixing mode and forming method on the compressive strength of the specimen is studied, and the forming method of the specimen is determined, and compared with the ordinary mixing specimen, the influence of curing age, cement dosage, grading type on the mechanical properties and road performance is studied. According to the vibration mode, the vibration stirring design is improved, and the corresponding test scheme is put forward.
