【摘要】：針對(duì)進(jìn)出口集裝箱混合存放堆場(chǎng)的出口收箱作業(yè)容易受干擾問題,基于出口箱收箱次列提出了堆場(chǎng)作業(yè)受干擾的度量方法;建立了考慮收箱次序擾動(dòng)關(guān)聯(lián)成本的出口箱位優(yōu)選干擾管理模型,壓箱量和龍門吊大車行駛距離的加權(quán)組合目標(biāo)函數(shù)項(xiàng)表示收箱作業(yè)和翻箱總成本,箱位偏移的目標(biāo)函數(shù)項(xiàng)表示干擾關(guān)聯(lián)成本;基于干擾恢復(fù)模型解的局部性特點(diǎn),設(shè)計(jì)了局部加速的改進(jìn)禁忌搜索算法,利用鄰域控制優(yōu)化搜索方向和范圍,加速局部搜索,提高算法收斂速度。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果顯示:提出的干擾管理方法比重調(diào)度提高10%以上的精度。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem that the export container receiving operation in the mixed storage yard of import and export container is easy to be interfered with, a measurement method of the interference is put forward based on the order of the export container receiving yard. In this paper, an optimal interference management model of exit box location is established considering the associated cost of receiving order disturbance. The weighted combined objective function of the volume of pressure box and the driving distance of the gantry crane is used to represent the total cost of the take-up operation and the total cost of turning over the box. The objective function item of the box offset represents the cost of interference association; Based on the local characteristics of the solution of the disturbance recovery model, an improved Tabu search algorithm with local acceleration is designed. The neighborhood control is used to optimize the search direction and range, accelerate the local search, and improve the convergence speed of the algorithm. The experimental results show that the specific gravity scheduling of the proposed interference management method increases the accuracy by more than 10%.
