新型溫拌瀝青改性劑的研制和性能研究

【摘要】:我國(guó)高速公路正處在飛速發(fā)展的時(shí)期,瀝青路面起主導(dǎo)作用,而當(dāng)前國(guó)內(nèi)瀝青路面施工主要以熱拌瀝青混合料HMA(Hot Mixture Asphalt)為主,不僅會(huì)產(chǎn)生大量二氧化碳等有害氣體,同時(shí)也加速瀝青老化。為了降低瀝青施工對(duì)環(huán)境的污染,,提出了一種新型節(jié)能環(huán)保型瀝青混合技術(shù)即溫拌瀝青混合技術(shù)WMA,WMA就是采用一定的技術(shù)措施,在降低瀝青粘度的前提下,保證瀝青的使用性能不低于HMA的瀝青混合料技術(shù)。 本文通過調(diào)研和分析研究國(guó)內(nèi)外先進(jìn)的瀝青溫拌改性劑的基礎(chǔ)上,提出一種由SBS、石油樹脂、硫化劑為主要成分的實(shí)驗(yàn)室自制新型溫拌改性劑。通過瀝青常規(guī)試驗(yàn)和粘度試驗(yàn)探討了不同摻量不同組分比的新型溫拌改性劑對(duì)基質(zhì)瀝青的性能影響,利用紅外光譜儀分析溫拌改性瀝青的微觀結(jié)構(gòu),為溫拌改性機(jī)理提供理論指導(dǎo)。 研究表明:實(shí)驗(yàn)室自制溫拌改性劑最佳組分配合比:SBS:石油樹脂:硫化劑=5:3:3,考慮經(jīng)濟(jì)成本及瀝青性能因素,當(dāng)自制溫拌改性劑摻量為基質(zhì)瀝青的6%,對(duì)瀝青性能改善效果最佳。根據(jù)粘溫曲線可知,溫拌改性瀝青的最適宜加熱溫度為150℃。同Sasobit溫拌改性劑對(duì)比試驗(yàn)得出:自制溫拌改性劑在改善瀝青高溫性能和感溫性能方面與Sasobit相當(dāng),同時(shí)提高瀝青低溫性能的能力略強(qiáng)于Sasobit。紅外光譜分析可知,溫拌改性瀝青制備過程中不僅僅發(fā)生物理反應(yīng),同時(shí)還伴隨著化學(xué)反應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:The highway in our country is in the period of rapid development, the asphalt pavement plays a leading role, but the main construction of domestic asphalt pavement is mainly hot mix asphalt mixture HMA (Hot Mixture Asphalt), which will not only produce a lot of harmful gases such as carbon dioxide. It also accelerates the aging of asphalt. In order to reduce the environmental pollution caused by asphalt construction, a new energy-saving and environment-friendly asphalt mixing technology, WMA,WMA, is put forward, which adopts certain technical measures to reduce the viscosity of asphalt. Asphalt mixture technology to ensure that the performance of asphalt is not lower than that of HMA. Based on the investigation and analysis of the advanced asphalt warm mix modifiers at home and abroad, a new type of warm mix modifier, which is mainly composed of SBS, petroleum resin and curing agent, is proposed in this paper. The influence of the new warm mix modifier with different content and different component ratio on the performance of the base asphalt was studied by routine test and viscosity test. The microstructure of the modified asphalt was analyzed by infrared spectroscopy. It provides theoretical guidance for the mechanism of warm mixing modification. The results show that the optimum composition ratio of the self-made warm modifier in laboratory is: SBS: petroleum resin: curing agent = 5: 3: 3, considering the economic cost and asphalt performance factors, when the self-made temperature modifier is 6% of the base asphalt, The effect of improving asphalt performance is the best.
