公路鋼波紋管涵洞橫截面變形及預(yù)拱設(shè)置研究

【摘要】:本文針對(duì)道路鋼波紋管涵洞橫截面變形特征,通過對(duì)國內(nèi)外的資料搜集整理,并依據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn),通過有限元軟件的仿真計(jì)算,針對(duì)波紋管涵洞在公路工程中遇到的問題進(jìn)行研究。依據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn)得出的變形情況,充分發(fā)揮有限元軟件的優(yōu)勢(shì),通過大量的有限元建模計(jì)算,研究鋼波紋管涵洞的橫截面變形及預(yù)拱設(shè)置。主要成果如下:1.通過現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn),研究了波紋管涵洞橫截面的變形,得出了波紋管涵洞在不同位置處的變形規(guī)律。(1)鋼波紋管涵洞在兩端部的橫向和豎向變形均最小,在端部到車道路肩處變形值逐步增大,兩路肩之間的變形趨于穩(wěn)定。(2)鋼波紋管涵洞的豎向變形數(shù)值大于橫向變形的數(shù)值。2.通過有限元軟件對(duì)幾種影響因子下的變形規(guī)律和預(yù)拱設(shè)置進(jìn)行分析,得到如下的規(guī)律:(1)鋼波紋管涵洞的軸向截面的橫向變形隨著填土高度的增加而增加,并且增加的趨勢(shì)呈現(xiàn)非線性趨勢(shì)。在90°和270°位置處波紋管涵洞的橫向變形最大,在管頂和管底位置處幾乎為0。橫向變形幾乎是上下關(guān)于橫向直徑處對(duì)稱的。(2)波紋管涵洞的豎向沉降也是豎著填土高度的增加而增加,也呈現(xiàn)出非線性變化的趨勢(shì)。波紋管涵洞的管頂沉降最大,管底的沉降最小。(3)波紋管涵洞的橫向變形和豎向變形數(shù)值跟回填基礎(chǔ)的材料類型緊密相關(guān),材料的彈性模量越大,波紋管的變形越小,并且不同的材料之間的變形程度是驚人的。變形數(shù)值也和管徑的大小有關(guān),變形值不是與管徑呈現(xiàn)線性的變化趨勢(shì)。(4)預(yù)拱設(shè)置的數(shù)值隨著填土高度的增加而增加,不同的材料增長的快慢不同。相同管徑下的預(yù)拱設(shè)置值并不是跟回填材料的彈性模量的大小呈現(xiàn)正相關(guān)或者負(fù)相關(guān)。論文的研究成果解決了一些目前公路建設(shè)過程中鋼波紋管涵洞應(yīng)用的問題,具有相當(dāng)重要的理論和實(shí)用價(jià)值,具有廣泛的推廣前景。
[Abstract]:In this paper, according to the characteristics of cross section deformation of steel corrugated pipe culvert on road, through collecting and arranging the data at home and abroad, and according to the field test, the simulation calculation of finite element software is carried out. The problems of corrugated pipe culvert in highway engineering are studied. According to the deformation obtained from the field test, the advantages of the finite element software are brought into full play, and the cross-section deformation and pre-arch setting of the steel bellows culvert are studied through a large number of finite element modeling and calculation. The main results are as follows: 1. The deformation of the cross section of the corrugated pipe culvert is studied through field tests, and the deformation law of the corrugated pipe culvert at different positions is obtained. (1) the transverse and vertical deformation of the corrugated pipe culvert at both ends is the smallest. The deformation between the two kerbs increases gradually from the end to the kerb of the driveway. (2) the vertical deformation of the corrugated steel pipe culvert is greater than that of the transverse deformation. 2. The deformation law and pre-arch setting under several influence factors are analyzed by finite element software. The following laws are obtained: (1) the transverse deformation of the axial section of the steel bellows culvert increases with the increase of the filling height. And the increasing trend shows a nonlinear trend. The transverse deformation of corrugated pipe culvert is the largest at 90 擄and 270 擄, and is almost 0 at the top and bottom of the pipe. (2) the vertical settlement of corrugated pipe culvert increases with the increase of vertical filling height, and shows a trend of nonlinear variation. (3) the transverse and vertical deformation values of corrugated pipe culvert are closely related to the material type of backfill foundation, the greater the elastic modulus of material, the smaller the deformation of bellows. And the degree of deformation between different materials is astonishing. The deformation value is also related to the diameter of the pipe, and the deformation value is not linear with the diameter of the pipe. (4) the value of pre-arch increases with the increase of the filling height, and the growth rate of different materials varies. The pre-arch setting value of the same pipe diameter is not positively or negatively correlated with the elastic modulus of the backfill material. The research results of this paper have solved some problems in the application of corrugated steel pipe culverts in the process of highway construction at present. It has important theoretical and practical value and has a broad prospect of popularization.
