【摘要】：為研究馬六甲海峽、蘇伊士運(yùn)河及巴拿馬運(yùn)河等主航道受到攻擊時(shí)對(duì)全球集裝箱海運(yùn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的影響,在統(tǒng)計(jì)全球集裝箱班輪航線及掛靠港的基礎(chǔ)上,分別計(jì)算三大主航道中斷背景下海運(yùn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)平均度、孤立節(jié)點(diǎn)比例、聚類系數(shù)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)平均距離和網(wǎng)絡(luò)效率的變化;結(jié)合地理特征分析了上述情況對(duì)中國(guó)集裝箱海運(yùn)產(chǎn)生的影響。研究表明:全球集裝箱海運(yùn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)對(duì)三大主航道的暢通性十分敏感,影響最大的是馬六甲海峽,其次是蘇伊士運(yùn)河;當(dāng)三大主航道遭受攻擊時(shí),中國(guó)港口與國(guó)際其他港口間的網(wǎng)絡(luò)距離產(chǎn)生了不同程度的增加,網(wǎng)絡(luò)效率明顯下降。為維系中國(guó)港口與全球其他港口間運(yùn)輸?shù)臅惩?討論了替代航線,并從保障海運(yùn)安全的角度提出了相應(yīng)的對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:In order to study the influence on the global container shipping network when the main waterways such as Malacca Strait, Suez Canal and Panama Canal are attacked, on the basis of the statistics of the global container liner routes and ports of call, The network average degree, isolated node ratio, clustering coefficient, network average distance and network efficiency are calculated respectively under the background of the interruption of the three main waterways. Combined with geographical characteristics, this paper analyzes the impact of the above situation on container shipping in China. The research shows that the global container shipping network is very sensitive to the unblocked of the three main waterways, the Malacca Strait is the most influential, and the Suez Canal is the next. When the three main waterways are attacked, the network distance between Chinese ports and other international ports increases in varying degrees, and the network efficiency decreases obviously. In order to maintain the smooth transportation between Chinese ports and other ports in the world, the alternative routes are discussed, and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward from the point of view of ensuring the safety of maritime transportation.
