生活廢舊塑料CRP改性澆注式瀝青混凝土性能研究

【摘要】:使用在鋼橋面鋪裝層上的發(fā)明和發(fā)展于國外的澆注式瀝青混凝土,在路用性能方面,具有整體性好、防水性能優(yōu)良;優(yōu)良的抗高溫性能、抗老化性能、抗疲勞性能、低溫抗裂性;對(duì)鋼橋面板的良好的追從性以及期望使用壽命長(zhǎng)等特點(diǎn)。自從國外引進(jìn)后被廣泛應(yīng)用在我國大跨徑鋼箱梁橋的橋面鋪裝中。但考慮到我國地理環(huán)境氣候比較復(fù)雜,許多按照歐洲標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計(jì)的澆注式瀝青混凝土鋪裝層在我國的應(yīng)用中都不同程度的出現(xiàn)了病害,最嚴(yán)重的問題就是鋪裝表面高溫穩(wěn)定性嚴(yán)重不足,究其原因就是我國的大部分地區(qū)夏季的溫度普遍偏高。尤其是長(zhǎng)江流域一帶,鋪裝層表面的溫度能達(dá)到70℃左右,這比國外規(guī)范中規(guī)定的實(shí)驗(yàn)溫度(40℃)高的多,此時(shí)應(yīng)用于我國的澆注式瀝青混凝土決不能再照搬國外規(guī)范來設(shè)計(jì),必須結(jié)合我國的實(shí)際情況加以改進(jìn),研制出符合我國氣候特征的澆注式瀝青混凝土。根據(jù)我國的氣候特點(diǎn),將以往使用單一改性劑的改性澆注式瀝青向使用聚合物復(fù)合改性瀝青的澆注式瀝青混凝土方案對(duì)現(xiàn)在的提高鋼橋面的高穩(wěn)定性有著巨大的應(yīng)用前途。本文采用常規(guī)試驗(yàn)方法對(duì)不同摻量的CRP改性澆注式瀝青、不同摻量的SBS改性澆注式瀝青以及CRP復(fù)合改性澆注式瀝青的性能進(jìn)行對(duì)比試驗(yàn)研究及分析,研究了CRP改性瀝青的高溫、低溫性能,對(duì)比了CRP改性、SBS改性、CRP復(fù)合改性瀝青粘滯性能;通過針對(duì)不同類型的改性澆注式瀝青混凝土的流動(dòng)度、貫入度、貫入度增量等實(shí)驗(yàn)確定了不同改性瀝青配合方案的油石比;通過不同改性瀝青配合方案各自油石比下制得的混合料60℃車轍、70℃車轍、低溫彎曲、粘附性、水穩(wěn)定性、凍融劈裂等試驗(yàn)研究了CRP復(fù)合改性澆注式瀝青混合料的綜合路用性能;首次提出用“高溫性能降低率”來表征CRP復(fù)合改性澆注式瀝青混凝土的高溫性能。結(jié)果表明:(1)CRP復(fù)合改性澆注式瀝青混凝土的高溫抗車轍性能顯著,較SBS單一改性和CRP單一改性澆注式瀝青混凝土的車轍提高很多;(2)CRP復(fù)合改性澆注式瀝青混凝土的低溫性能介于CRP單一改性和SBS單一改性澆注式瀝青混凝土之間;(3)CRP復(fù)合改性澆注式瀝青混凝土的抗水損害能力得到了明顯提高。得出了CRP改性澆注式瀝青混凝土鋼橋橋面鋪裝的配合比配合比:5%CRP+70#基質(zhì)瀝青+33.3%湖瀝青+5%巖瀝青+4%SBS。
