生活廢舊塑料CRP改性澆注式瀝青混凝土性能研究

【摘要】:使用在鋼橋面鋪裝層上的發(fā)明和發(fā)展于國外的澆注式瀝青混凝土,在路用性能方面,具有整體性好、防水性能優(yōu)良;優(yōu)良的抗高溫性能、抗老化性能、抗疲勞性能、低溫抗裂性;對鋼橋面板的良好的追從性以及期望使用壽命長等特點。自從國外引進后被廣泛應用在我國大跨徑鋼箱梁橋的橋面鋪裝中。但考慮到我國地理環(huán)境氣候比較復雜,許多按照歐洲標準設計的澆注式瀝青混凝土鋪裝層在我國的應用中都不同程度的出現(xiàn)了病害,最嚴重的問題就是鋪裝表面高溫穩(wěn)定性嚴重不足,究其原因就是我國的大部分地區(qū)夏季的溫度普遍偏高。尤其是長江流域一帶,鋪裝層表面的溫度能達到70℃左右,這比國外規(guī)范中規(guī)定的實驗溫度(40℃)高的多,此時應用于我國的澆注式瀝青混凝土決不能再照搬國外規(guī)范來設計,必須結(jié)合我國的實際情況加以改進,研制出符合我國氣候特征的澆注式瀝青混凝土。根據(jù)我國的氣候特點,將以往使用單一改性劑的改性澆注式瀝青向使用聚合物復合改性瀝青的澆注式瀝青混凝土方案對現(xiàn)在的提高鋼橋面的高穩(wěn)定性有著巨大的應用前途。本文采用常規(guī)試驗方法對不同摻量的CRP改性澆注式瀝青、不同摻量的SBS改性澆注式瀝青以及CRP復合改性澆注式瀝青的性能進行對比試驗研究及分析,研究了CRP改性瀝青的高溫、低溫性能,對比了CRP改性、SBS改性、CRP復合改性瀝青粘滯性能;通過針對不同類型的改性澆注式瀝青混凝土的流動度、貫入度、貫入度增量等實驗確定了不同改性瀝青配合方案的油石比;通過不同改性瀝青配合方案各自油石比下制得的混合料60℃車轍、70℃車轍、低溫彎曲、粘附性、水穩(wěn)定性、凍融劈裂等試驗研究了CRP復合改性澆注式瀝青混合料的綜合路用性能;首次提出用“高溫性能降低率”來表征CRP復合改性澆注式瀝青混凝土的高溫性能。結(jié)果表明:(1)CRP復合改性澆注式瀝青混凝土的高溫抗車轍性能顯著,較SBS單一改性和CRP單一改性澆注式瀝青混凝土的車轍提高很多;(2)CRP復合改性澆注式瀝青混凝土的低溫性能介于CRP單一改性和SBS單一改性澆注式瀝青混凝土之間;(3)CRP復合改性澆注式瀝青混凝土的抗水損害能力得到了明顯提高。得出了CRP改性澆注式瀝青混凝土鋼橋橋面鋪裝的配合比配合比:5%CRP+70#基質(zhì)瀝青+33.3%湖瀝青+5%巖瀝青+4%SBS。
