組團城市路網(wǎng)交通承載力研究

【摘要】:多中心組團式城市空間布局模式將交通壓力分散到多個城市組團,與單中心城市相比,降低了交通需求在空間上的出行距離強度,可緩解城市交通大規(guī)模長距離出行的壓力,維持了特大城市空間的擴張和發(fā)展,成為了特大城市發(fā)展模式的一種趨勢。然而,隨著交通的發(fā)展和城市組團的推進(jìn),分割各組團的河流、山脈等天然屏障被突破和侵蝕,城市組團中心出現(xiàn)點到面的大面積擁堵。與此同時,隨著組團城市土地開發(fā)進(jìn)程的普遍加快,城市建設(shè)迅速發(fā)展,組團路網(wǎng)等交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施無法滿足日益增加的交通需求,路網(wǎng)交通承載力負(fù)荷嚴(yán)重,城市交通系統(tǒng)在維系自身穩(wěn)定發(fā)展上面臨巨大的壓力和挑戰(zhàn)。因此,探尋組團城市道路網(wǎng)交通承載系統(tǒng)上限,保障城市交通暢通、有序發(fā)展,成為亟待解決的城市交通問題。路網(wǎng)交通承載力是交通承載力的一個子系統(tǒng),組團城市的路網(wǎng)可以進(jìn)一步劃分為組團內(nèi)部路網(wǎng)和組團之間快速通道兩個部分,本文首次將路網(wǎng)交通承載力的研究應(yīng)用到組團城市路網(wǎng)上,試圖通過計算組團城市的路網(wǎng)交通承載力進(jìn)一步確定組團城市承載力水平和機動車保有量規(guī)模,從而為限制機動車發(fā)展規(guī);蛳拗七M(jìn)入組團的機動車數(shù)量提供理論參考依據(jù)。本文首先研究了路網(wǎng)交通承載力的幾種計算方法,通過對比不同方法的適應(yīng)性,找出適合本次研究的路網(wǎng)承載力計算方法——時空消耗法,并通過大數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行部分參數(shù)的標(biāo)定;其次研究了組團城市的道路網(wǎng)特性和交通特性,從宏觀的角度分析了組團內(nèi)部路網(wǎng)交通流、速度和密度的交通流特性,并進(jìn)一步分析了組團問快速通道的車輛延誤和排隊的交通流特性;利用時空消耗法建立組團城市路網(wǎng)交通承載力模型,模型分為組團內(nèi)部路網(wǎng)交通承載力和組團之間快速通道交通承載力兩個部分,并參考交通服務(wù)水平等級劃分方式,將路網(wǎng)交通承載力劃分為四個水平等級,用以評價路網(wǎng)現(xiàn)狀承載力水平;文章最后以重慶市南岸區(qū)組團為背景,通過計算南岸區(qū)組團路網(wǎng)承載力來驗證模型的可行性和有效性。論文的研究成果可以衡量組團城市路網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)的路網(wǎng)承載水平,從直觀上了解城市的現(xiàn)狀路網(wǎng)承載情況,通過路網(wǎng)承載水平計算機動車保有量規(guī)模,從而控制城市機動車的發(fā)展速度。論文還研究了不同車速下的路網(wǎng)承載力,相關(guān)部門通過控制城市車流的合理運行速度,可以達(dá)到組團城市路網(wǎng)承載力的最大化,為交通管理提供新的視野和方法。
[Abstract]:Compared with the single center city, the multi-center urban spatial layout model distributes the traffic pressure to the multi-city group. Compared with the single-center city, it reduces the travel distance intensity of the traffic demand in the space, and can relieve the pressure of the large-scale long-distance travel of the urban traffic. It maintains the expansion and development of megacities and becomes a trend of megalopolis development model. However, with the development of traffic and the promotion of urban groups, natural barriers such as rivers and mountains are broken through and eroded, and a large area of congestion occurs in the center of urban groups. At the same time, with the rapid development of urban land development and the rapid development of urban construction, traffic infrastructure such as regiment network can not meet the increasing traffic demand, and the traffic carrying capacity of road network is serious. The urban transportation system faces enormous pressure and challenge in maintaining its own stable development. Therefore, it is an urgent problem to explore the upper limit of traffic carrying system of urban road network, to ensure the smooth and orderly development of urban traffic. The traffic carrying capacity of the road network is a subsystem of the traffic carrying capacity. The road network of the regiment city can be further divided into two parts: the inner network of the group and the fast passage between the groups. In this paper, the research of traffic carrying capacity of road network is applied to the urban road network for the first time, which attempts to determine the level of carrying capacity and the size of vehicle ownership by calculating the network traffic carrying capacity of the city. It provides a theoretical reference for limiting the development scale of motor vehicles or limiting the number of motor vehicles entering the regiment. Firstly, this paper studies several calculation methods of road network traffic carrying capacity. By comparing the adaptability of different methods, we find out the method of space-time consumption, which is suitable for this study, and calibrate some parameters through big data. Secondly, the characteristics of road network and traffic in group cities are studied, and the characteristics of traffic flow, speed and density of road network are analyzed from the macro point of view. Furthermore, the characteristics of vehicle delay and traffic flow in queue are analyzed. The traffic carrying capacity model of urban road network is established by using space-time consumption method. The model is divided into two parts: the traffic carrying capacity of the road network within the group and the traffic carrying capacity of the rapid passage between the groups, and the traffic service level is classified according to the traffic service level. The traffic carrying capacity of the road network is divided into four levels, which is used to evaluate the carrying capacity level of the road network. Finally, the feasibility and validity of the model are verified by calculating the bearing capacity of the cluster network in Nanan district of Chongqing. The research results of the paper can measure the road network carrying level of the urban road network system, understand the current situation of the urban road network from the visual view, and calculate the scale of the vehicle ownership through the road network bearing level. In order to control the speed of development of urban motor vehicles. The paper also studies the bearing capacity of the road network under different speed. By controlling the reasonable speed of the urban traffic flow, the relevant departments can maximize the carrying capacity of the urban road network and provide a new vision and method for traffic management.
