混凝土箱梁支座位移實(shí)驗(yàn)及有效溫度計(jì)算

【摘要】:為計(jì)算非線性溫度分布下橋梁的支座位移,基于單位荷載法基本原理,建立了連續(xù)梁支座位移的計(jì)算方法和截面有效溫度的計(jì)算公式。在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出了有效溫度的5種簡化計(jì)算方法。為檢驗(yàn)計(jì)算方法的精度和合理性,以西安灃河大橋這座單箱三室7跨變截面的連續(xù)箱梁橋?yàn)檠芯繉ο?現(xiàn)場實(shí)測了箱梁截面的溫度和支座位移。實(shí)驗(yàn)研究和數(shù)值計(jì)算結(jié)果表明,截面的有效溫度與截面的溫度分布和截面的形狀有關(guān),對于變截面箱梁而言,即使具有相同的溫度分布,不同截面的有效溫度也是不同的。考慮混凝土的熱傳導(dǎo)效應(yīng),假定混凝土板內(nèi)溫度變化為指數(shù)衰減模式計(jì)算截面有效溫度的加權(quán)平均值,所得支座位移誤差較小,且偏安全。隨后,有限元方法的計(jì)算結(jié)果進(jìn)一步表明這種算法的合理性。
[Abstract]:In order to calculate the support displacement of a bridge under nonlinear temperature distribution, based on the basic principle of unit load method, the calculation method of support displacement of continuous beam and the formula of effective temperature of section are established. On this basis, five simplified calculation methods of effective temperature are put forward. In order to test the accuracy and reasonableness of the calculation method, the temperature and support displacement of the section of the box girder are measured on the spot by taking the continuous box girder bridge with a single box, three chambers and seven spans with variable cross-section as the research object. The experimental and numerical results show that the effective temperature of the cross section is related to the temperature distribution of the section and the shape of the section. For the variable section box girder, even if it has the same temperature distribution, the effective temperature of different section is different. Considering the heat conduction effect of concrete, the variation of temperature in concrete slab is assumed to be the weighted average of the effective temperature of the section calculated by exponential attenuation mode, and the displacement error of the bearing is small and the displacement is relatively safe. Then, the results of finite element method further show the rationality of the algorithm.
