【摘要】：為使隧道施工中開挖進(jìn)尺的選擇更加合理,提出了掌子面超前核心土對數(shù)螺旋破壞模式,該模式由拱頂圍巖與超前核心土兩部分組成;針對拱頂圍巖,基于Janssen筒倉理論和Mohr-Coulomb強(qiáng)度準(zhǔn)則建立了豎向力計算公式,而針對掌子面超前核心土,基于對數(shù)螺旋破壞模式推導(dǎo)了循環(huán)進(jìn)尺計算公式,建立了循環(huán)進(jìn)尺與內(nèi)摩擦角、黏聚力、支護(hù)壓力、開挖高度等參數(shù)之間的相互關(guān)系.研究結(jié)果表明:在施工階段考慮隧道掌子面穩(wěn)定性時,必須考慮循環(huán)進(jìn)尺的影響,掌子面附近圍巖狀態(tài)的短期改變會使掌子面超前核心土所需的支護(hù)力比未考慮循環(huán)進(jìn)尺的情形急劇增長;黏聚力與內(nèi)摩擦角的改善對循環(huán)進(jìn)尺與掌子面區(qū)域穩(wěn)定性具有重要的意義,而支護(hù)力對該區(qū)域的影響具有臨界性,不可盲目增大.
[Abstract]:In order to make the selection of excavation advance more reasonable in tunnel construction, the logarithmic spiral failure mode of leading core soil is put forward, which is composed of two parts of arch roof surrounding rock and leading core soil. For the surrounding rock of arch roof, based on Janssen silo theory and Mohr-Coulomb strength criterion, a formula for calculating vertical force is established, and for the core soil in advance of palm surface, the calculation formula of circular ruler is derived based on logarithmic spiral failure mode. The relationship between circular ruler and internal friction angle, cohesion, support pressure and excavation height is established. The results show that when considering the stability of tunnel face in construction stage, the influence of circular ruler must be considered. The short term change of surrounding rock state near the face of the palm will make the supporting force of the core soil ahead of the face of the palm increase rapidly compared with the situation without considering the cyclic advance. The improvement of cohesion and internal friction angle plays an important role in the stability of circular ruler and palm surface, but the influence of supporting force on the region is critical and can not be increased blindly.
