不同成型方法對級配碎石的影響

【摘要】:為進一步了解成型方法對級配碎石性能的影響,本文通過目前兩種比較常用的成型方法——擊實成型和振動成型兩種成型方法的級配碎石,對其做進一步分析研究。首先采用變K法對級配碎石進行級配設(shè)計,采用擊實成型和振動成型方法分別成型級配碎石試件,然后分別測兩種成型方法下的級配碎石試件的最大干密度、最佳含水量以及CBR值等參數(shù),并對比分析測得的兩種成型方法的級配碎石參數(shù)。分析研究試驗數(shù)據(jù)得知:擊實成型對級配碎石原有級配擾動比較大,尤其是對13.2~1.18 mm這幾檔的級配影響;振動成型對級配碎石原有級配擾動較小,基本保持了級配碎石的原有級配;相同級配條件下,振動成型的CBR值要遠高于擊實成型的CBR值,振動成型的CBR值是擊實成型的CBR值的2倍;并非越密實的級配碎石其CBR值越大。
[Abstract]:In order to further understand the influence of molding methods on the performance of graded crushed stones, this paper makes a further analysis and study on them through two common molding methods: compaction molding and vibration molding. At first, gradation design of graded crushed stone was carried out by variable K method, compaction molding method and vibration molding method were used to form graded crushed stone specimen respectively, and then the maximum dry density of graded crushed stone specimen was measured respectively under two kinds of molding methods. The parameters such as water content and CBR value were compared and analyzed, and the gradation parameters of the two molding methods were compared and analyzed. The experimental data show that compaction molding has great disturbance on the original gradation of graded macadam, especially on the gradation of 13.21.18 mm; Vibration molding has little disturbance on the original gradation of graded macadam and basically keeps the original gradation of graded crushed stone. Under the same gradation condition, the CBR value of vibration molding is much higher than the CBR value of compaction molding, the CBR value of vibration molding is 2 times that of CBR value of compacted molding, but the CBR value of graded crushed stone is not more dense than that of compacted gravel.
