不同成型方法對(duì)級(jí)配碎石的影響

【摘要】:為進(jìn)一步了解成型方法對(duì)級(jí)配碎石性能的影響,本文通過目前兩種比較常用的成型方法——擊實(shí)成型和振動(dòng)成型兩種成型方法的級(jí)配碎石,對(duì)其做進(jìn)一步分析研究。首先采用變K法對(duì)級(jí)配碎石進(jìn)行級(jí)配設(shè)計(jì),采用擊實(shí)成型和振動(dòng)成型方法分別成型級(jí)配碎石試件,然后分別測(cè)兩種成型方法下的級(jí)配碎石試件的最大干密度、最佳含水量以及CBR值等參數(shù),并對(duì)比分析測(cè)得的兩種成型方法的級(jí)配碎石參數(shù)。分析研究試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)得知:擊實(shí)成型對(duì)級(jí)配碎石原有級(jí)配擾動(dòng)比較大,尤其是對(duì)13.2~1.18 mm這幾檔的級(jí)配影響;振動(dòng)成型對(duì)級(jí)配碎石原有級(jí)配擾動(dòng)較小,基本保持了級(jí)配碎石的原有級(jí)配;相同級(jí)配條件下,振動(dòng)成型的CBR值要遠(yuǎn)高于擊實(shí)成型的CBR值,振動(dòng)成型的CBR值是擊實(shí)成型的CBR值的2倍;并非越密實(shí)的級(jí)配碎石其CBR值越大。
[Abstract]:In order to further understand the influence of molding methods on the performance of graded crushed stones, this paper makes a further analysis and study on them through two common molding methods: compaction molding and vibration molding. At first, gradation design of graded crushed stone was carried out by variable K method, compaction molding method and vibration molding method were used to form graded crushed stone specimen respectively, and then the maximum dry density of graded crushed stone specimen was measured respectively under two kinds of molding methods. The parameters such as water content and CBR value were compared and analyzed, and the gradation parameters of the two molding methods were compared and analyzed. The experimental data show that compaction molding has great disturbance on the original gradation of graded macadam, especially on the gradation of 13.21.18 mm; Vibration molding has little disturbance on the original gradation of graded macadam and basically keeps the original gradation of graded crushed stone. Under the same gradation condition, the CBR value of vibration molding is much higher than the CBR value of compaction molding, the CBR value of vibration molding is 2 times that of CBR value of compacted molding, but the CBR value of graded crushed stone is not more dense than that of compacted gravel.
