大跨度PC連續(xù)剛構橋下?lián)霞皩Σ叻治?/H1>

【摘要】:隨著工程技術的發(fā)展,越來越多的大跨度連續(xù)剛構橋廣泛應用在我國及世界橋梁工程中,但是由于在施工過程及運營期間中的某些原因,導致現(xiàn)在許多的大跨度連續(xù)剛構橋出現(xiàn)了各種病害,其中最為典型為主梁的下?lián)霞坝纱水a生的開裂,嚴重影響了橋梁正常使用的適用性、安全性、耐久性及使用壽命。雖然現(xiàn)在對于橋梁下?lián)系某梢蛴泻芏嗟难芯砍晒?但仍缺乏更深層次的認識,因此很有必要對于這方面作進一步研究。本文主要內容如下:1.簡單介紹了國內外大跨度PC連續(xù)剛構橋的發(fā)展情況及下?lián)犀F(xiàn)狀,對于目前下?lián)铣梢虻南嚓P研究理論進行了闡述。2.運用Midas-Civil有限元計算軟件對山店江大橋建立了空間有限元模型,對于下?lián)系某梢?從混凝土收縮徐變、預應力損失、開裂、超重、合攏順序等因素進行了分析,從而得到對于主梁下?lián)嫌绊懗潭鹊恼J識。3.根據荷載平衡思想延伸出的“恒載零彎矩法”,以山店江大橋及另兩座同類三跨連續(xù)剛構橋作對比,通過各橋主梁最大懸臂階段的自重彎矩、預應力彎矩的數值與比值情況,得到不平衡彎矩對于主梁長期撓度的影響特點。4.從降低大跨度PC連續(xù)剛構橋中所占比例較大的恒載的角度出發(fā),由高強輕質混凝土相對普通混凝土質量較輕、收縮徐變較大的特點,確定了高強輕質混凝土在主梁上有利于改善長期撓度的合理布置范圍,并研究了高強輕質混凝土的不同布置范圍對主梁關鍵截面的應力和內力影響特點。
[Abstract]:With the development of engineering technology, more and more long-span continuous rigid frame bridges are widely used in bridge projects in China and the world, but due to some reasons in the construction process and operation period, Many long-span continuous rigid frame bridges have been caused various diseases, among which the most typical is the deflection of the main beam and the resulting cracking, which seriously affects the applicability, safety, durability and service life of the bridge. Although there are a lot of research results on the causes of bridge deflection, there is still a lack of deeper understanding, so it is necessary to do further research on this aspect. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1. This paper briefly introduces the development and current situation of long-span PC continuous rigid frame bridge at home and abroad. The spatial finite element model of Shandian River Bridge is established by using Midas-Civil finite element calculation software. The causes of the deflection are analyzed from the factors of shrinkage and creep of concrete, loss of prestress, cracking, overweight, closure sequence and so on. Thus, we can get the understanding of the influence degree of the main beam deflection. 3. 3. According to the "zero moment method of dead load" extended from the thought of load balance, the comparison between Shandian River Bridge and two other similar three span continuous rigid frame bridges is made. Through the self-weight moment and the ratio of prestressing moment in the maximum cantilever stage of the main girder of each bridge, The influence of unbalanced bending moment on the long-term deflection of the main beam is obtained. 4. From the point of view of reducing the proportion of dead load in long-span PC continuous rigid frame bridge, the characteristics of high strength lightweight concrete are lighter than ordinary concrete, and the shrinkage and creep of high strength lightweight concrete are larger than that of ordinary concrete. The reasonable arrangement range of high strength lightweight concrete on the main beam is determined, and the influence of different arrangement range of high strength lightweight concrete on the stress and internal force of the key section of the main beam is studied.
