礦料組成對(duì)瀝青路面宏觀紋理及抗滑性能的影響研究

【摘要】:隨著瀝青路面的大量建成使用,路面抗滑性能不足導(dǎo)致的安全問題日益突出。瀝青路面表面的宏觀紋理構(gòu)造與瀝青路面抗滑性能緊密相關(guān)。同時(shí),不同的礦料組成建成的路面表面有不同的宏觀紋理構(gòu)造。因此,引入宏觀紋理作為橋梁,可以更清楚地分析礦料組成與抗滑性能的關(guān)系,為瀝青路面的抗滑設(shè)計(jì)方法的優(yōu)化打下很好的基礎(chǔ)。為研究不同礦料組成情況瀝青混合料路面的宏觀紋理構(gòu)造情況和抗滑性能的關(guān)系,本文設(shè)計(jì)了4種類型共9組級(jí)配的瀝青混合料。通過馬歇爾試驗(yàn)確定了不同級(jí)配的最佳瀝青用量。同時(shí)為更好的模擬實(shí)際路面,使用小型手扶式振動(dòng)壓路機(jī)成型了9塊路面試件板。采用手持式3D高精度激光掃描儀,獲取路面表面三維宏觀構(gòu)造圖像;利用Geomagic Studio 12將瀝青路面三維掃描圖像轉(zhuǎn)化成為高精度數(shù)字化模型;使用Matlab軟件計(jì)算得到6種表征瀝青路面宏觀紋理三維特征的指標(biāo)。為評(píng)價(jià)瀝青路面表面的抗滑性能,使用擺式儀和鋪砂法、DFT測(cè)試瀝青路面試件。根據(jù)計(jì)算得到的6種三維宏觀紋理特征,分析它們和礦料組成描述指標(biāo)以及瀝青路面抗滑性能間的相關(guān)性。最終篩選得到了11個(gè)敏感性高的描述指標(biāo)。最后,分析了礦料組成情況對(duì)瀝青路面抗滑性能的影響。
[Abstract]:With the extensive construction and use of asphalt pavement, the safety problems caused by insufficient anti-skid performance of asphalt pavement are becoming more and more prominent. The macroscopic texture structure of asphalt pavement surface is closely related to the anti-skid performance of asphalt pavement. At the same time, the surface of pavement made up of different mineral materials has different macroscopic texture structure. Therefore, the introduction of macro texture as a bridge can more clearly analyze the relationship between the composition of mineral aggregate and the anti-slide performance, and lay a good foundation for the optimization of anti-slide design method of asphalt pavement. In order to study the relationship between macroscopic texture and anti-skid performance of asphalt mixture pavement with different mineral composition, four kinds of asphalt mixtures with 9 groups of gradation were designed in this paper. The optimum asphalt content of different gradation was determined by Marshall test. At the same time, in order to better simulate the actual road surface, nine pavement test plates were formed by using a small walking vibratory roller. The 3D macro structure image of pavement surface was obtained by hand held 3D high precision laser scanner, and the 3D scanning image of asphalt pavement was transformed into high precision digital model by Geomagic Studio 12. Matlab software was used to calculate the six indexes representing the macroscopic texture of asphalt pavement. In order to evaluate the skid resistance of asphalt pavement surface, DFT was used to test the asphalt pavement specimen with pendulum and sand spreading method. According to the six kinds of 3D macroscopic texture features calculated, the correlation between them and the description index of mineral composition and the skid resistance of asphalt pavement is analyzed. Finally, 11 indicators with high sensitivity were obtained. Finally, the influence of mineral composition on the skid resistance of asphalt pavement is analyzed.
