城市停車場實時車位獲取與分配研究

【摘要】:以實時獲取空余車位和智慧分配車位為目標(biāo),基于射頻識別技術(shù)和地理信息技術(shù)開發(fā)智慧停車系統(tǒng)原型。采用模糊決策矩陣,定量化駕駛員從當(dāng)前位置到停車場的駕駛時間、停車費用、停車場至目的地的步行距離和停車場的空余車位數(shù)這4個車位分配影響因素的權(quán)重;在考慮空余車位有限和實時交通狀況的前提下,提出帶有4個條件矩陣的車位分配模型,并利用某市道路網(wǎng)、交通狀況、停車場等數(shù)據(jù)在Arc GIS中進(jìn)行模型實驗,實驗結(jié)果表明,該智慧停車系統(tǒng)具有一定的可行性和實際意義。
[Abstract]:The intelligent parking system prototype is developed based on radio frequency identification (RFID) technology and geographic information technology (GIS), aiming at acquiring free parking spaces and intelligent allocated parking spaces in real time. The fuzzy decision matrix is used to quantify the weight of the factors which affect the driver's driving time from the current position to the parking lot, the parking fee, the walking distance from the parking lot to the destination and the number of spare parking spaces in the parking lot. On the premise of considering the limited free parking spaces and real-time traffic conditions, a parking space allocation model with four condition matrices is proposed, and the model experiments are carried out in Arc GIS using the road network, traffic conditions and parking lot data of a certain city. The experimental results show that, The intelligent parking system has certain feasibility and practical significance.
