西寶高鐵咸陽渭河特大橋鋼軌伸縮調(diào)節(jié)器狀態(tài)及典型病害研究

【摘要】:無縫線路的發(fā)展日趨完善和成熟,在全球鐵路范圍內(nèi)有著廣泛的應(yīng)用。近年來,我國高速鐵路均采用跨區(qū)間無縫線路,并且線下基礎(chǔ)中橋梁占比較高,普遍達(dá)到該線總里程的半數(shù)以上,并出現(xiàn)了很多跨越大江大河的大跨度橋梁。對于橋上無縫線路來說,因溫度變化造成梁軌不同步伸縮而產(chǎn)生的梁軌附加作用力是其一個(gè)重要特點(diǎn)。鋼軌伸縮調(diào)節(jié)器因具有協(xié)調(diào)梁軌附加作用力且同步梁軌伸縮位移的功能而被應(yīng)用在大跨橋梁上。目前我國鋼軌伸縮調(diào)節(jié)器在干線鐵路和高速鐵路均有較多應(yīng)用,調(diào)節(jié)器的養(yǎng)護(hù)維修工作一直備受工務(wù)部門關(guān)注。如何在運(yùn)營中科學(xué)、合理的檢測監(jiān)測鋼軌伸縮調(diào)節(jié)器整體狀態(tài)并進(jìn)行評價(jià),分析病害產(chǎn)生原因和處置方法是需要重點(diǎn)研究的內(nèi)容,對現(xiàn)場工務(wù)應(yīng)用具有重要意義。本文以西寶高鐵咸陽渭河特大橋鋪設(shè)的250km/h無砟軌道鋼軌伸縮調(diào)節(jié)器為研究對象,分析咸陽渭河特大橋橋上無縫線路不同布置工況的優(yōu)劣,結(jié)合西寶高鐵調(diào)節(jié)器現(xiàn)場長期檢測數(shù)據(jù),研究長大連續(xù)梁、無縫線路及鋼軌伸縮調(diào)節(jié)器三者之間的關(guān)系。結(jié)合日常養(yǎng)護(hù)維修工作,分析該調(diào)節(jié)器典型病害問題存在的原因,針對不同種類典型病害問題提出臨時(shí)處理、永久處理的整治方案,分析各處理整治方案的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)并進(jìn)行對比,為后期高速鐵路鋼軌伸縮調(diào)節(jié)器的養(yǎng)護(hù)維修工作提供參考意見,降低日常工作量,提高現(xiàn)場作業(yè)效率。同時(shí)通過分析研究的成果,在一定程度上對新建高速鐵路布設(shè)的鋼軌伸縮調(diào)節(jié)器提供必要的參考意見,減少相關(guān)病害問題的產(chǎn)生。
[Abstract]:The development of CWR is becoming more and more perfect and mature, and it is widely used in the global railway. In recent years, the high-speed railway in our country has adopted inter-area seamless track, and the bridge under the line is relatively high, generally reaching more than half of the total mileage of the line, and there are many long-span bridges across the big rivers and rivers. For the jointless track on the bridge, the additional force of beam rail caused by temperature change is an important feature. Rail expansion regulator is used in long span bridges because of its function of coordinating the additional force of beam and rail and synchronizing the stretching displacement of beam and rail. At present, rail expansion regulator has been widely used in both trunk railway and high speed railway. Maintenance and maintenance of the regulator has been concerned by the public works department. How to monitor and evaluate the whole condition of rail expansion regulator scientifically and reasonably in operation, and analyze the cause of disease and the method of disposal are the important contents that need to be studied, which is of great significance to the field application of public works. This paper takes the 250km/h ballastless track expansion regulator laid by Xianyang Weihe River Bridge as the research object, and analyzes the merits and demerits of the different arrangement conditions of the seamless track on the Xianyang Weihe River Bridge. The relationship among long continuous beam, seamless track and rail expansion regulator is studied based on the long term test data of Xibao high speed regulator. Combined with the daily maintenance work, this paper analyzes the causes of the typical disease problem of the regulator, puts forward the temporary and permanent treatment scheme for different kinds of typical disease problems, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of each treatment scheme and makes a comparison. It provides reference for the maintenance and maintenance of rail expansion regulator in the later period of high speed railway, reduces the daily workload and improves the efficiency of field operation. At the same time, through the analysis of the research results, to a certain extent, to the new high-speed railway rail expansion regulator to provide the necessary reference to reduce the occurrence of related diseases.
