【摘要】：高速公路憑借其車速高、通行能力大等突出優(yōu)勢成為我國交通運輸系統(tǒng)的重要組成部分。然而隨著通車?yán)锍毯徒煌康某掷m(xù)增長,高速公路交通安全問題顯得日益突出。尤其是冰雪天氣等不利因素引發(fā)的交通事故,對高速公路的行車安全造成了巨大影響。為了保障冬季高速公路的行車安全,對冰雪天氣下交通事故展開深入分析,有助于預(yù)防交通事故發(fā)生,降低因冰雪天氣導(dǎo)致的事故損失,對于冬季高速公路行車安全管理有著重要意義。冰雪天氣下高速公路交通系統(tǒng)特性分析從道路、駕駛員、車輛、環(huán)境四個方面展開研究,挖掘影響行車安全的不利因素。交通事故特征分析運用統(tǒng)計分析方法,從事故數(shù)量、受損程度、時空分布、形態(tài)和交通方式等方面對冰雪天氣交通事故數(shù)據(jù)進行分析,并與非冰雪天氣下加以對比,得出冰雪天氣高速公路交通事故的特征規(guī)律。交通事故持續(xù)時間預(yù)測應(yīng)用生存分析模型進行研究。統(tǒng)計分析得到事故持續(xù)時間的分布形式,對影響因素進行顯著性分析,從而建立事故持續(xù)時間的加速失效模型。交通事故受損程度預(yù)測運用累積logistic回歸方法進行研究。根據(jù)事故數(shù)據(jù)的實際情況確定了事故受損程度的分類,選取8個候選自變量建立起基于累積logistic回歸的事故受損程度預(yù)測模型,研究了事故受損程度與影響因素之間的相關(guān)關(guān)系,并對模型進行檢驗。冰雪天氣交通事故預(yù)防對策研究以預(yù)防事故發(fā)生以及降低事故損失為目標(biāo),研究了冰雪天氣限速方案、冬季除雪防滑總體方案以及事故救援預(yù)案。
[Abstract]:Expressway has become an important part of the transportation system of our country by virtue of its outstanding advantages such as high speed and large capacity. However, with the continuous growth of traffic mileage and traffic volume, highway traffic safety problems become increasingly prominent. Especially, traffic accidents caused by ice-snow weather and other adverse factors have a great impact on highway safety. In order to ensure the safety of the winter freeway, the traffic accident under the snow and ice weather is analyzed in depth, which is helpful to prevent the traffic accident and reduce the accident loss caused by the ice and snow weather. It is of great significance to the safety management of freeway in winter. Analysis on the characteristics of Expressway Traffic system under Ice and Snow Weather the study is carried out from four aspects: road driver vehicle and environment to excavate the unfavorable factors that affect the driving safety. Traffic accident characteristics Analysis using statistical analysis method, the traffic accident data of ice and snow weather are analyzed from the aspects of accident number, damage degree, temporal and spatial distribution, morphology and traffic mode, and compared with those in non-snow weather. The characteristics of traffic accidents on freeway with ice and snow weather are obtained. The prediction of traffic accident duration is studied by using the survival analysis model. The distribution form of accident duration was obtained by statistical analysis, and the influence factors were analyzed significantly, and the accelerated failure model of accident duration was established. The cumulative logistic regression method is used to predict the degree of traffic accident damage. According to the actual situation of the accident data, the classification of the degree of accident damage is determined. Eight candidate independent variables are selected to establish the prediction model of the degree of accident damage based on cumulative logistic regression, and the correlation between the degree of accident damage and the influencing factors is studied. The model is tested. In order to prevent accidents and reduce the loss of accidents, the speed limit scheme of snow and ice weather, the general scheme of snow removal and anti-skid in winter and the accident rescue plan are studied.
