巖瀝青在重載交通國省道中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:布敦巖瀝青是石油經(jīng)過長達(dá)億萬年的沉積、變化,在熱壓力、氧化、細(xì)菌等綜合作用下生成的瀝青類物質(zhì),通過物理和化學(xué)反應(yīng)對瀝青進(jìn)行改性的新型環(huán)保鋪路材料。國內(nèi)外的研究和應(yīng)用均表明布敦巖瀝青性質(zhì)穩(wěn)定,改性工藝簡單易操作,而且通常具有非常優(yōu)良的路用性能。本文對AC-16C和AC-25C兩種混合料類型下的基質(zhì)瀝青混合料、布敦巖改性瀝青混合料、SBS改性瀝青混合料進(jìn)行了配合比設(shè)計(jì),并對三種瀝青混合料的路用性能、力學(xué)性能、社會經(jīng)濟(jì)效益等方面進(jìn)行了對比分析。通過試驗(yàn)研究結(jié)果表明:在路用性能方面,布敦巖瀝青混合料的高溫穩(wěn)定性和水穩(wěn)定性均符合規(guī)范技術(shù)要求并相對于基質(zhì)瀝青混合料和SBS改性瀝青混合料均得到一定程度的改善,尤其是抗車轍能力的提高更加顯著,其低溫抗裂性也能滿足技術(shù)要求;在力學(xué)性能方面,布敦巖瀝青混合料的抗壓強(qiáng)度與抗壓回彈模量最高,表明其承受荷載作用的能力最好,而且通過疲勞試驗(yàn)結(jié)果分析可知布敦巖瀝青混合料疲勞耐久性能最好。通過對比,布敦巖瀝青可以顯著改善基質(zhì)瀝青混合料的使用性能,其改性效果優(yōu)于SBS改性瀝青。通過技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)對比分析,布敦巖瀝青在降低路面建設(shè)成本的同時有效提高路面使用壽命,并且相對于同類改性劑來說,其操作性強(qiáng)、施工過程簡單、無需特殊設(shè)備及節(jié)省能耗的優(yōu)勢更為突出。國內(nèi)許多成功案例也證明了采用布敦巖瀝青的路面工程路用性能相對于普通瀝青路面有大幅度的提高,布敦巖瀝青擁有良好的推廣應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:Budun bitumen is a new environmental protection paving material which is formed by the comprehensive action of thermal pressure oxidation bacteria and so on. It is a new environmental protection paving material which is modified by physical and chemical reaction. The research and application at home and abroad show that the properties of Budun rock asphalt are stable, the modification process is simple and easy to operate, and it usually has excellent road performance. In this paper, the mixture ratio of matrix asphalt mixture, Budun rock modified asphalt mixture and SBS modified asphalt mixture under two kinds of mixture types of AC-16C and AC-25C are designed, and the road performance and mechanical properties of the three kinds of asphalt mixture are also studied. Social and economic benefits and other aspects were compared and analyzed. The experimental results show that: in terms of road performance, The high temperature stability and water stability of Budun rock asphalt mixture meet the technical requirements of the specification and are improved to some extent compared with the base asphalt mixture and SBS modified asphalt mixture, especially the increase of rutting resistance. In terms of mechanical properties, the compressive strength and compressive resilience modulus of Budun rock asphalt mixture are the highest, which indicates that it has the best ability to withstand load. The fatigue test results show that Budun rock asphalt mixture has the best fatigue durability. By contrast, Budun rock asphalt can significantly improve the performance of matrix asphalt mixture, and its modified effect is better than that of SBS modified asphalt. Through the comparative analysis of technology and economy, Budun Rock Asphalt can effectively improve the pavement service life while reducing the cost of pavement construction, and compared with the similar modifier, its operation is strong, and the construction process is simple. The advantages of no special equipment and energy saving are more prominent. Many successful cases in China have also proved that the pavement performance of using Budun Rock Asphalt is greatly improved compared with that of ordinary asphalt pavement, and Budun Rock Asphalt has a good prospect of popularization and application.
