鐵尾礦用作建筑材料的關鍵技術研究

【摘要】:隨著國民經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展,房建、公路與市政工程建設快速發(fā)展,也極大地促進了鋼鐵工業(yè)的發(fā)展,鐵尾礦是鐵礦場在開采分選礦石之后排放的固體廢棄物,近年來鐵尾礦的大量排放,其堆積不僅占用土地、污染環(huán)境,還會帶來安全隱患。而公路工程及房屋建筑的建設需要大量的建筑材料,若能采用適當?shù)墓こ碳夹g,將鐵尾礦用作建筑材料,即可以降低公路工程造價,也有利于環(huán)境保護。本文本通過系統(tǒng)的實驗研究,確定適當?shù)墓こ碳夹g,改善鐵尾礦的技術性能,特別是應用較少的礦山尾礦(鐵尾礦碎石)的技術性能,使鐵尾礦碎石滿足作為混凝土、道路基層等建筑材料的性能需求,以期大量利用鐵尾礦碎石,變廢為寶,減少自然資源的消耗,同時降低工程造價。試驗結(jié)果表明,無機結(jié)合料穩(wěn)定鐵尾礦碎石混合料的強度較高、水穩(wěn)定性好,其技術性能滿足現(xiàn)行規(guī)范對道路建筑材料的性能需求,可以用作路面基層或底基層材料。鐵尾礦碎石可以作為混凝土的粗骨料,制備混凝土材料。本文的研究成果將為建設事業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,尋求開源節(jié)流的戰(zhàn)略思想,解決能源、環(huán)境保護問題,具有重要的經(jīng)濟效益和社會效益。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the national economy and the rapid development of housing construction, highway and municipal engineering construction, the development of iron and steel industry has also been greatly promoted. Iron tailings are solid wastes discharged from iron ore field after mining and sorting ore. In recent years, a large amount of iron tailings discharge, which not only occupy the land, pollute the environment, but also bring safety risks. The construction of highway engineering and building needs a large amount of building materials. If appropriate engineering technology can be used to use iron tailings as building materials, it can reduce the cost of highway engineering and also be beneficial to environmental protection. In this paper, through systematic experimental study, the appropriate engineering technology is determined to improve the technical performance of iron tailings, especially the technical performance of mine tailings (macadam) which is seldom used, so that the macadam of iron tailings can be used as concrete. The performance demand of building materials such as road base is expected to make a great use of the macadam of iron tailings to turn waste into treasure, to reduce the consumption of natural resources and to reduce the cost of engineering at the same time. The test results show that the inorganic binder stabilizes the iron tailings macadam mixture with high strength and good water stability, and its technical performance can meet the requirements of the current code for the performance of road building materials, and can be used as the pavement base or the bottom base material. Iron tailings gravel can be used as coarse aggregate of concrete to prepare concrete material. The research results of this paper will be for the rapid development of construction, seek the strategic thought of opening up sources of income and cutting down expenditure, solve the problems of energy and environmental protection, and have important economic and social benefits.
