拱橋汽車設計荷載標準分析

【摘要】:分析了超載車輛對橋梁的影響與現(xiàn)行規(guī)范即《公路橋涵設計通用規(guī)范》(JTG D60—2015)中的汽車荷載標準對公路上運營車輛荷載的適用性,研究了廣深高速公路車輛荷載的動態(tài)稱重系統(tǒng)(WIM)實測數(shù)據(jù),利用Monte Carlo方法模擬隨機車輛荷載和隨機車輛間距,編制了隨機車隊加載效應計算程序,計算了無鉸拱跨中和拱腳截面的彎矩效應,采用極大值分布原理求得荷載效應在設計基準期內(nèi)的標準值,給出基于WIM實測數(shù)據(jù)的汽車荷載標準模型,并與現(xiàn)行規(guī)范中的設計荷載標準進行對比。計算結果表明:推薦車道荷載作用效應對實測荷載效應包容性和適用性良好,拱橋跨中彎矩誤差小于7%,當跨徑為25~65、110、120m時,拱腳彎矩誤差為5%~11%,其余跨徑時的拱腳彎矩誤差小于5%;基于廣深高速公路實測荷載推定的荷載標準與現(xiàn)行規(guī)范中公路-Ⅰ級車道荷載在無鉸拱上產(chǎn)生彎矩效應的比值為1.24~2.18,平均比值為1.80,說明廣深高速交通量大,車輛超載超限嚴重,根據(jù)實測車輛荷載推斷的荷載標準與現(xiàn)行規(guī)范荷載標準出現(xiàn)了較大偏差,廣深高速橋梁設計荷載標準應在現(xiàn)有規(guī)范基礎上適當提高。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the influence of overloaded vehicles on bridges and the applicability of the vehicle load standard in the current code (JTG D60-2015) to the operational vehicle load on the highway. The (WIM) data of dynamic weighing system on Guangzhou-Shenzhen Expressway are studied. The random vehicle load and random vehicle spacing are simulated by Monte Carlo method, and a program for calculating the loading effect of random motorcade is developed. In this paper, the bending moment effect of the cross-section of hingless arch span and arch foot is calculated, the standard value of load effect in the design reference period is obtained by using the principle of maximum distribution, and the standard model of vehicle load based on the measured data of WIM is given. And compared with the design load standard in the current code. The calculation results show that the recommended lane load effect is inclusive and applicable to the actual load effect, and the error of the moment in the span of arch bridge is less than 7m, when the span is 2510110120m.
