基于某明挖法湖底隧道工程的大體積混凝土溫度裂縫研究

【摘要】:大體積混凝土溫度裂縫的影響因素眾多,各因素復(fù)雜多變而又相互牽連,且溫度裂縫的出現(xiàn)對混凝土構(gòu)件的安全性、耐久性產(chǎn)生一定程度的影響,后期補救費用往往高昂,致使大體積混凝土溫度裂縫研究一直處于熱門課題。本文結(jié)合某市某一湖底隧道的第四段實際工程以及有限元分析方法,對隧道工程大體積混凝土溫度場與應(yīng)力場進(jìn)行相關(guān)的研究,其具體研究內(nèi)容如下:1.通過參閱大量研究文獻(xiàn)與資料,總結(jié)大體積混凝土溫度裂縫在國內(nèi)外的研究成果以及其防控技術(shù)的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀。2.通過對現(xiàn)場實測的溫度數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行整理與分析,總結(jié)在此標(biāo)段環(huán)境下隧道混凝土在澆筑養(yǎng)護(hù)期的溫度變化規(guī)律。3.根據(jù)對現(xiàn)場環(huán)境與施工過程信息的采集信息,對隧道工程大體積混凝土溫度應(yīng)力場進(jìn)行有限元模擬,得到一個對相似工程有著參考意義的有限元分析模型。4.通過對得到的有限元模型進(jìn)一步的分析,總結(jié)隧道混凝土的溫度應(yīng)力場分布以及變化規(guī)律,并依據(jù)分析結(jié)果,對隧道混凝土澆筑養(yǎng)護(hù)過程出現(xiàn)溫度裂縫提出有效的防控措施和可行建議。
[Abstract]:There are many factors affecting the temperature crack of mass concrete, each factor is complicated and changeable, and the appearance of temperature crack has a certain degree of influence on the safety and durability of concrete members, and the cost of remediation in the later stage is often high. As a result, the research on temperature cracks of mass concrete has been a hot topic. In this paper, the temperature field and stress field of mass concrete in tunnel engineering are studied by combining with the practical engineering of the fourth section of a lake bottom tunnel in a certain city and the finite element analysis method. The concrete research contents are as follows: 1. By referring to a large number of research documents and materials, this paper summarizes the research results of mass concrete temperature cracks at home and abroad and the application status quo of its prevention and control technology. Through the consolidation and analysis of the field measured temperature data, this paper summarizes the temperature variation law of tunnel concrete during the pouring and curing period under the environment of this section. According to the information collected from the field environment and the construction process, the finite element simulation of the temperature stress field of mass concrete in tunnel engineering is carried out, and a finite element analysis model .4which has reference significance for similar engineering is obtained. Through the further analysis of the obtained finite element model, the distribution and variation law of the temperature stress field of the tunnel concrete are summarized, and based on the analysis results, This paper puts forward effective prevention and control measures and feasible suggestions for temperature cracks in the process of tunnel concrete pouring and curing.
