鋼管混凝土系桿拱橋收縮徐變效應(yīng)研究

【摘要】:隨著鋼管混凝土拱橋在工程建設(shè)中的迅速發(fā)展,鋼管混凝土的收縮徐變問題被廣泛關(guān)注。特別地,對于鋼管混凝土系桿拱橋,不僅要重視鋼管混凝土的收縮徐變效應(yīng),普通混凝土的收縮徐變效應(yīng)也是不容忽視的。因此,有必要對鋼管混凝土系桿拱橋的收縮徐變效應(yīng)進行研究,重點分析收縮徐變對主要受力構(gòu)件內(nèi)力、應(yīng)力和變形的影響。本文主要研究內(nèi)容如下:(1)以國內(nèi)外對混凝土、鋼管混凝土構(gòu)件和鋼管混凝土拱橋收縮徐變的研究成果為基礎(chǔ),重點了解收縮徐變的基本概念、產(chǎn)生機理和影響因素,以及收縮徐變效應(yīng)計算理論和分析方法,明確了鋼管混凝土系桿拱橋進行收縮徐變效應(yīng)分析存在的問題,確定了需要研究的目標(biāo)、內(nèi)容和方法。(2)針對國內(nèi)外常用的經(jīng)典收縮徐變模式,從構(gòu)造形式、影響因素以及預(yù)測精度等方面進行對比分析,探討了各模式的特點和適用性。根據(jù)鋼管混凝土系桿拱橋鋼管內(nèi)核心混凝土和普通混凝土的不同特點,結(jié)合已有研究成果的歸納分析,推薦了鋼管內(nèi)核心混凝土、普通混凝土(系桿混凝土及橋面系混凝土等)的收縮徐變模式選取方法。(3)結(jié)合工程實例,采用推薦的收縮徐變模式,通過建立有限元模型,對鋼管混凝土系桿拱橋分別在鋼管(普通)混凝土收縮徐變單獨作用和鋼管(普通)混凝土收縮徐變共同作用下,進行收縮徐變效應(yīng)分析,明確了考慮收縮徐變作用的重要性。并對比分析了“單獨作用”疊加與“共同作用”的計算結(jié)果,確定了兩者之間的相互關(guān)系。(4)針對混凝土收縮徐變效應(yīng)的影響因素,從收縮徐變模式、施工方法以及構(gòu)造形式等方面對工程實例進行影響因素分析,探討了各因素的變化對鋼管混凝土系桿拱橋各主要受力構(gòu)件內(nèi)力、應(yīng)力和變形的影響程度。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of concrete-filled steel tubular arch bridge in engineering construction, the shrinkage and creep of concrete-filled steel tube (CFST) has been paid more and more attention. In particular, for concrete-filled steel tubular tied arch bridge, not only the shrinkage and creep effect of concrete filled steel tube should be paid attention to, but also the shrinkage and creep effect of ordinary concrete should not be ignored. Therefore, it is necessary to study the shrinkage and creep effect of concrete-filled steel tubular tied arch bridge, and analyze the influence of shrinkage and creep on the internal force, stress and deformation of the main members. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) based on the research results of concrete, concrete-filled steel tube members and concrete-filled steel tubular arch bridges at home and abroad, the basic concept, mechanism and influencing factors of shrinkage and creep are studied. As well as the calculation theory and analysis method of shrinkage and creep effect, the problems existing in the analysis of shrinkage and creep effect of concrete-filled steel tubular tied arch bridge are clarified, and the research objectives are determined. Contents and methods. (2) in view of the classical shrinkage and creep models commonly used at home and abroad, the characteristics and applicability of the models are discussed in terms of their structural form, influencing factors and prediction accuracy. According to the different characteristics of the core concrete in the steel tube and the ordinary concrete in the steel tube of the concrete-filled steel tubular tied arch bridge, combined with the induction and analysis of the existing research results, the core concrete in the steel tube is recommended. The method of selecting shrinkage and creep mode of ordinary concrete (tie bar concrete and bridge deck concrete etc.). (3) combining with engineering example, adopting the recommended shrinkage and creep model, establishing the finite element model, The shrinkage and creep effects of concrete-filled steel tubular tied arch bridges are analyzed under the action of concrete filled steel tube (ordinary) concrete alone and steel tube (ordinary) concrete respectively, and the importance of considering shrinkage and creep is clarified. The calculation results of "single action" superposition and "joint action" are compared and analyzed, and the relationship between them is determined. (4) according to the factors affecting shrinkage and creep effect of concrete, the model of shrinkage and creep is discussed. The influence factors of construction method and construction form are analyzed, and the influence degree of factors on the internal force, stress and deformation of the main stress components of concrete-filled steel tubular tied arch bridge is discussed.
