BIM技術(shù)在橋梁工程運營階段的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:橋梁工程也是建筑行業(yè)的一部分,但它作為交通運輸建設(shè)項目中的重點控制性工程,在設(shè)計階段、施工階段和運營階段都比一般建筑要困難得多。同時,隨著我國高速公路建設(shè)的迅猛發(fā)展,跨海、跨江、跨河、山區(qū)等公路特大型橋梁的建設(shè)造價昂貴,且難度和技術(shù)要求也越來越高。目前,BIM技術(shù)的研究和應(yīng)用重點多放在橋梁工程設(shè)計和施工階段,相對而言,運營階段的BIM研究和應(yīng)用略顯薄弱。橋梁運營在橋梁整個壽命占據(jù)最長的時間,一套完善的管理方案對保證橋梁的健康運營起到尤為重要的作用。本文主要分為四個步驟對BIM技術(shù)在橋梁工程運營階段的應(yīng)用進行研究:①通過研究BIM技術(shù)的基本概念、國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀和相關(guān)應(yīng)用軟件,探索研究BIM技術(shù)的特性,以此了解BIM技術(shù)對建筑項目全生命周期的重要作用;②由于BIM技術(shù)對橋梁運營管理的效率有明顯提高,本文根據(jù)相關(guān)網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù),構(gòu)建了一套基于BIM技術(shù)的橋梁全生命周期信息管理框架,并以此框架為基礎(chǔ),介紹基于BIM技術(shù)的橋梁運營管理系統(tǒng)在框架的數(shù)據(jù)層、模型層和模塊層的相關(guān)應(yīng)用,以此體現(xiàn)BIM技術(shù)在橋梁運營管理中起到的重要作用;③研究BIM技術(shù)在橋梁工程運營階段的相關(guān)應(yīng)用,包括基于BIM技術(shù)的橋梁工程運營精益管理、基于BIM技術(shù)的協(xié)同工作平臺和一些其他應(yīng)用,以此表現(xiàn)出基于BIM技術(shù)的橋梁工程運營管理相對于傳統(tǒng)運營管理的優(yōu)勢,說明BIM技術(shù)在橋梁運營管理中起到的關(guān)鍵作用,為橋梁的安全健康運營提供了保障的同時,也節(jié)省了運營成本,真正體現(xiàn)了橋梁的可持續(xù)化運營;④以港珠澳大橋?qū)嶋H工程為背景,主要研究基于BIM技術(shù)的結(jié)構(gòu)施工控制、電子化巡檢養(yǎng)護和結(jié)構(gòu)健康評估方面的應(yīng)用,為港珠澳大橋的運營管理提供了新的思路。希望通過此文能夠喚起同仁對BIM技術(shù)的重視,特別是BIM技術(shù)在橋梁工程運營階段的發(fā)展,為之后的橋梁工程運營提供一個安全健康的平臺。
[Abstract]:Bridge engineering is also a part of the construction industry, but as a key control project in transportation construction projects, it is much more difficult in the design stage, construction stage and operation stage than the general building. At the same time, with the rapid development of highway construction in China, the construction cost of super-large bridges across sea, river, river and mountainous area is more and more expensive, and the difficulty and technical requirements are more and more high. At present, the research and application of BIM technology is mainly focused on the design and construction of bridge engineering, but the research and application of BIM in operation phase is relatively weak. Bridge operation occupies the longest time in the whole life of the bridge. A set of perfect management plan plays a particularly important role in ensuring the healthy operation of the bridge. This paper is divided into four steps to study the application of BIM technology in bridge engineering operation stage. By studying the basic concept of BIM technology, domestic and foreign situation and related application software, this paper explores the characteristics of BIM technology. In order to understand the important role of BIM technology in the whole life cycle of construction projects, because the efficiency of bridge operation and management is obviously improved by BIM technology, this paper based on the related network technology, A set of bridge life-cycle information management framework based on BIM technology is constructed. Based on this framework, the application of bridge operation management system based on BIM technology in the data layer, model layer and module layer of the framework is introduced. So as to reflect the important role of BIM technology in bridge operation and management, the paper studies the application of BIM technology in bridge engineering operation, including the lean management of bridge engineering operation based on BIM technology. The cooperative work platform based on BIM technology and some other applications show the advantage of bridge engineering operation management based on BIM technology compared with traditional operation management. It shows that BIM technology plays a key role in bridge operation management. It not only provides the guarantee for the safe and healthy operation of the bridge, but also saves the operation cost. It shows that the sustainable operation of the bridge is based on the actual project of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge. The construction control based on the BIM technology is mainly studied. The application of electronic inspection and maintenance and structural health assessment provides a new idea for the operation and management of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge. It is hoped that this paper can arouse the attention of colleagues to the BIM technology, especially the development of the BIM technology in the bridge engineering operation stage, and provide a safe and healthy platform for the later bridge engineering operation.
