城市定制公交線路規(guī)劃及發(fā)展評價(jià)研究

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,城市居民收入水平的提升,居民出行時(shí)對出行的時(shí)效性、舒適性、安全性等要求越來越高,大力發(fā)展高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、經(jīng)濟(jì)性、效率性和滿足多樣化、多層次、個(gè)性化的通勤出行需求的城市定制公交服務(wù)是城市公共交通系統(tǒng)發(fā)展的必然要求。城市定制公交作為我國城市公交系統(tǒng)多元化目標(biāo)導(dǎo)向下,響應(yīng)早晚高峰時(shí)段居民通勤出行需求的公交新模式。本文首先通過對城市定制公交的基本概念、服務(wù)要素、運(yùn)作程序等進(jìn)行理論分析,將定制公交與常規(guī)公交和出租車的乘客屬性、線路站點(diǎn)、票制票價(jià)、服務(wù)質(zhì)量、是否需求定制預(yù)約等方面進(jìn)行對比,明確定制公交在交通出行安全性、舒適性、便捷性等方面都具有很大的客運(yùn)優(yōu)勢和多層面的發(fā)展優(yōu)勢。其次,定制公交規(guī)劃區(qū)別于常規(guī)公交線網(wǎng)規(guī)劃,重點(diǎn)是單一具體線路的規(guī)劃,基于對城市定制公交需求分析,建立了站點(diǎn)與路線規(guī)劃模型以及城市定制公交票價(jià)制定模型,并用實(shí)例驗(yàn)證了模型的有效性及可行性,為客觀全面的進(jìn)行城市定制公交線路規(guī)劃建立了理論依據(jù)。論文從乘客感知、運(yùn)營企業(yè)和綜合效益三個(gè)層面,客觀全面的構(gòu)建了適合我國國情的城市定制公交發(fā)展評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,以拉開檔次法和可拓性物元分析法的思想構(gòu)建城市定制公交發(fā)展評價(jià)模型。最后,論文對規(guī)劃方案的實(shí)際運(yùn)營狀況進(jìn)行了發(fā)展評價(jià),分析確定了影響城市定制公交發(fā)展水平的關(guān)鍵性因素包含了公交準(zhǔn)時(shí)性、出行時(shí)間差、出行費(fèi)用節(jié)約效益三個(gè)要素,并從提升城市定制公交運(yùn)行速度、票價(jià)、市場化發(fā)展等方面給出了優(yōu)化及發(fā)展建議,從科學(xué)的角度為城市定制公交的推廣運(yùn)營和發(fā)展提供了理論指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of economy and the improvement of income level of urban residents, the requirements of travel efficiency, comfort and safety are becoming higher and higher when residents travel. We should vigorously develop high standards, economy, efficiency and satisfaction with diversification, multi-level, and so on. It is necessary for the development of urban public transportation system to provide customized public transport service with individualized commuting demand. Urban customized public transport is a new mode of public transport, which is guided by the diversified objectives of urban transit system in China, and responds to the residents' commuting demand in the morning and evening rush hours. First of all, through the theoretical analysis of the basic concepts, service elements and operation procedures of the urban customized public transport, this paper makes a theoretical analysis of the passenger attributes, line stops, ticket prices, service quality of custom public transport and conventional buses and taxis. Whether the demand for customized reservation and other aspects are compared, it is clear that customized public transport in traffic travel safety, comfort, convenience and other aspects of the great advantages of passenger transport and multi-level development advantages. Secondly, the customized bus planning is different from the conventional bus network planning, focusing on the planning of a single specific line. Based on the analysis of the urban customized public transport demand, the station and route planning model and the urban customized bus fare model are established. The validity and feasibility of the model are verified by an example, and the theoretical basis is established for carrying out the urban customized bus route planning objectively and comprehensively. From three aspects of passenger perception, operation enterprise and comprehensive benefit, the paper constructs the evaluation index system of urban customized public transport development, which is suitable for the national conditions of our country objectively and comprehensively. The development evaluation model of urban customized public transportation is constructed by using the method of scale opening and extension matter element analysis. Finally, the paper evaluates the actual operation of the planning scheme, analyzes and determines the key factors that affect the development level of urban customized public transport, including bus punctuality, travel time difference, travel cost savings and benefits. The paper also gives some suggestions on how to improve the speed, ticket price and market-oriented development of urban customized public transport, and provides theoretical guidance for the promotion, operation and development of urban customized public transport from a scientific point of view.
