【摘要】：市政道路工程的質(zhì)量隨著我國城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程的提高而不斷提高。眾所周知,一座城市的形象與市容可以通過市政道路質(zhì)量進(jìn)行體現(xiàn),同時,市政道路質(zhì)量與人民生命財產(chǎn)安全有直接關(guān)系,也影響著社會經(jīng)濟(jì)的健康發(fā)展。但是,市政道路自身具有特殊性,使得其施工過程的復(fù)雜性與質(zhì)量控制的難度增加。就當(dāng)前城市道路現(xiàn)狀而言,市政道路存在著很多必須要重視的通病與質(zhì)量問題。市政道路工程的質(zhì)量管理必須要給予強(qiáng)化�；诖�,本文對市政道路工程的質(zhì)量管理問題進(jìn)行研究。首先本文對市政道路質(zhì)量與質(zhì)量管理的有關(guān)理論進(jìn)行概述,對市政道路的質(zhì)量問題以及監(jiān)管的不足進(jìn)行闡述。之后,對市政道路工程質(zhì)量管理的影響因素進(jìn)行論述,對市政道路工程項目質(zhì)量監(jiān)管內(nèi)容進(jìn)行分析,對市政道路工程質(zhì)量監(jiān)管從勘察設(shè)計、施工、竣工驗收等全過程進(jìn)行分析,對各時期控制的要點進(jìn)行研究。從而對市政道路工程監(jiān)管的重點與難點進(jìn)行闡述,對政府監(jiān)管進(jìn)行探討,并且進(jìn)行了政府監(jiān)管和社會監(jiān)管之間的差異,對政府監(jiān)管存在的有關(guān)問題以及需要改進(jìn)的趨勢進(jìn)行探討。最后基于鄭州市科學(xué)大道工程建設(shè)的具體案例,在實踐中檢驗理論,從工程實際出發(fā),對質(zhì)量監(jiān)管進(jìn)行研究,對質(zhì)量監(jiān)管中政府的對策進(jìn)行探討。基于研究市政道路工程的質(zhì)量管理,本文為基于質(zhì)量管理理論的市政道路工程管理方法進(jìn)行探討,一方面使得質(zhì)量管理在工程領(lǐng)域的理論研究得到完善,另一方面,對實際市政道路工程的質(zhì)量管理與控制進(jìn)行指導(dǎo),進(jìn)而為質(zhì)量目標(biāo)的實現(xiàn)提供保障。
[Abstract]:The quality of municipal road engineering has been improved with the development of urbanization in China. As we all know, the image and appearance of a city can be reflected through the quality of municipal roads. At the same time, the quality of municipal roads has a direct relationship with the safety of people's lives and property, and also affects the healthy development of social economy. However, municipal road has its own particularity, which makes its construction process more complex and difficult to control quality. As far as the present situation of urban roads is concerned, there are many common problems and quality problems that must be paid attention to. The quality management of municipal road engineering must be strengthened. Based on this, this paper studies the quality management of municipal road engineering. First of all, this paper summarizes the theory of quality and quality management of municipal roads, expounds the quality problems of municipal roads and the deficiencies of supervision. After that, the paper discusses the influencing factors of quality management of municipal road engineering, analyzes the content of quality supervision of municipal road engineering project, and analyzes the whole process of quality supervision of municipal road engineering from the aspects of reconnaissance, design, construction, completion and acceptance, etc. The main points of control in each period are studied. Thus, the emphasis and difficulty of municipal road engineering supervision are expounded, the government supervision is discussed, and the difference between government supervision and social supervision is carried out. This paper probes into the problems existing in government supervision and the trend that needs to be improved. Finally, based on the concrete case of the construction of the Science Avenue Project in Zhengzhou City, this paper tests the theory in practice, studies the quality supervision from the engineering practice, and probes into the government's countermeasures in the quality supervision. Based on the study of the quality management of municipal road engineering, this paper discusses the management method of municipal road engineering based on quality management theory, which makes the theoretical research of quality management in the field of engineering perfect, on the other hand, It guides the quality management and control of the actual municipal road engineering, and provides guarantee for the realization of the quality goal.
