乳化瀝青冷再生技術(shù)在高速大修工程中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:在高速公路改建過(guò)程中,將產(chǎn)生大量廢舊瀝青混凝土。在瀝青路面改建過(guò)程中,使用冷再生技術(shù),可以減少新集料的開(kāi)采與使用、避免廢料填埋所造成的占地及污染、減少碳排放,具有顯著的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益與環(huán)境效益。本論文以京臺(tái)高速合徐南段大修工程為依托,針對(duì)高速公路瀝青路面改建養(yǎng)護(hù)工程特點(diǎn),深入研究乳化瀝青冷再生技術(shù)在高速大修工程中的應(yīng)用技術(shù)。本論文研究?jī)?nèi)容主要包括以下四個(gè)方面:原材料選擇與性能試驗(yàn);乳化瀝青冷再生混合料配合比設(shè)計(jì);乳化瀝青冷再生混合料路用性能研究(抗壓回彈模量、低溫抗裂性、高溫穩(wěn)定性等);冷再生基層施工工藝與質(zhì)量控制(級(jí)配、劈裂強(qiáng)度、壓實(shí)度等)。本論文在大量室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)和實(shí)際施工數(shù)據(jù)采集的基礎(chǔ)上得出以下成果:(1)根據(jù)試件密度、馬歇爾穩(wěn)定度和劈裂強(qiáng)度三項(xiàng)指標(biāo)對(duì)比,推薦采用二次擊實(shí)法;(2)采用臨界應(yīng)變能密度指標(biāo)評(píng)價(jià)乳化瀝青冷再生混合料低溫抗裂性能;分析水泥用量、新集料添加量對(duì)乳化瀝青冷再生混合料低溫抗裂性能的影響,得出水泥及新集料的適宜用量;(3)乳化瀝青冷再生混合料20℃抗壓回彈模量為893.12MPa-928.23MPa,15℃抗壓回彈模量為949.03MPa~1001.97MPa,溫度敏感性低;(4)分析冷再生基層施工數(shù)據(jù),提出冷再生基層施工過(guò)程質(zhì)量控制要點(diǎn)及冷再生基層施工質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。研究成果為進(jìn)一步完善冷再生技術(shù)在高速公路養(yǎng)護(hù)工程中的應(yīng)用技術(shù)體系奠定了基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:In the process of highway reconstruction, a large number of waste asphalt concrete will be produced. In the course of asphalt pavement reconstruction, the use of cold recycling technology can reduce the exploitation and use of new aggregates, avoid the occupation and pollution caused by waste landfill, reduce carbon emissions, and have remarkable economic and environmental benefits. In this paper, based on the overhauling project of Beijing-Taiwan high speed highway and the south section of Xu, according to the characteristics of highway asphalt pavement reconstruction and maintenance project, the application technology of emulsified asphalt cold regeneration technology in high speed overhaul project is studied in depth. This paper mainly includes the following four aspects: raw material selection and performance test; mixture design of emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture; pavement performance study of emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture (modulus of compressive resilience, low temperature crack resistance, High temperature stability, etc.; construction technology and quality control (grading, splitting strength, compaction, etc.) of cold regenerated base course. Based on a large number of indoor tests and actual construction data collection, the following results are obtained in this paper: (1) according to the comparison of three indexes of specimen density, Marshall stability and splitting strength, the secondary compaction method is recommended; (2) the critical strain energy density index is used to evaluate the low temperature crack resistance of emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture, and the effect of cement content and new aggregate content on the low temperature crack resistance of emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture is analyzed.
