【摘要】：統(tǒng)計分析了83例國內(nèi)外鐵路隧道運營期事故資料,研究了鐵路隧道運營期間主要災(zāi)害類型、原因及防災(zāi)對策。研究結(jié)果表明:1)鐵路隧道運營期間主要災(zāi)害類型有火災(zāi)、列車碰撞、脫軌及襯砌剝落;2)鐵路隧道運營期防災(zāi)應(yīng)以隧道火災(zāi)為重點,同時兼顧列車碰撞、脫軌和隧道襯砌混凝土剝落等災(zāi)害;3)隧道內(nèi)旅客列車火災(zāi)的主要原因為列車車輛關(guān)鍵部位故障、人為因素、列車車輛缺陷致列車碰撞或脫軌;4)依據(jù)土建設(shè)施規(guī)模及隧道結(jié)構(gòu)分布特點,長大鐵路隧道(群)運營期防災(zāi)模式可選擇定點停車疏散救援模式、全長或局部范圍內(nèi)隨機(jī)停車疏散救援模式;5)鐵路隧道防災(zāi)涉及基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、鐵道車輛和運輸調(diào)度,應(yīng)建立鐵路隧道運營期災(zāi)害防范體系及預(yù)警系統(tǒng),防止事故發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:The data of 83 accidents in railway tunnel operation period at home and abroad were statistically analyzed, and the main disaster types, causes and prevention countermeasures during the operation period of railway tunnel were studied. The results show that the main types of disasters during railway tunnel operation are fire, train collision, derailment and lining spalling. 2) the disaster prevention of railway tunnel during operation period should focus on tunnel fire and take into account the train collision at the same time. Disasters such as derailment and concrete spalling of tunnel lining) the main causes of passenger train fire in the tunnel are the failure of key parts of train vehicles and human factors. According to the scale of civil construction facilities and the distribution characteristics of tunnel structure, the disaster prevention mode of long railway tunnel (group) during operation period can choose the mode of fixed-point parking evacuation and rescue. In order to prevent the disaster in railway tunnel, the disaster prevention system and early warning system should be established in order to prevent accidents.
