流體管道泄漏流場分析與管口封堵模型研究
[Abstract]:The analysis of fluid pipeline leakage flow field and the research of pipe opening sealing device, for pipeline leakage detection technology, pipeline leakage sealing technology development and effectively reduce the economic losses caused by pipeline leakage. Environmental pollution and loss of life and property are of great significance. According to the application of computational fluid dynamics (CFD) related knowledge and technology for problem analysis, In this paper, firstly, by establishing the Bernoulli equation and continuity equation of the leakage flow field of the pipeline, the factors that may affect the characteristics of the leakage flow field are analyzed, and the results show that the area and shape of the leak hole are obtained. The flow field characteristics of pipeline leakage may be affected by pipeline conveying speed and static pressure difference inside and outside the pipeline. The fluid dynamics simulation of the pipeline leakage flow field model with a single influence factor is carried out by using FLUENT software. According to the simulation results, the law of the influence factors on the pipeline leakage flow field and the characteristics of the leakage flow field are obtained. When sealing the leakage pipeline, it may be encountered that the diameter of the pipe is the diameter of the pipe, for example, the leakage and plugging operation of the pipe mouth, the emergency plugging operation of the truncated pipeline, the water and gas closure experiment of the pipeline, and so on. In this paper, a pipe-opening plugging device is designed, and the overall design scheme, plugging principle, work flow and the overall design scheme of main components are described, and the model of pipe-mouth plugging device is established. The nonlinear finite element simulation of rubber airbag with two different sealing structures is carried out by using SOLIDWORKSSIMULATION software, and the contact stress between rubber airbag and pipe wall, sealing the main contact surface is analyzed. The distribution of contact stress and the influence of expansion on sealing performance were obtained.
