貴州山區(qū)道路冷再生瀝青路面結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)及典型結(jié)構(gòu)研究

【摘要】:經(jīng)過多年的發(fā)展,我國公路的大建設(shè)期已經(jīng)過去,現(xiàn)階段存在大量的公路需要進(jìn)行養(yǎng)護(hù)維修,因此對養(yǎng)護(hù)維修的技術(shù)進(jìn)行研究就勢在必行。本文將結(jié)合貴州省交通局科研項(xiàng)目“現(xiàn)場冷再生技術(shù)應(yīng)用研究”對現(xiàn)場冷再生瀝青路面的路面結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行研究。本文主要針對現(xiàn)場冷再生水泥穩(wěn)定碎石基層瀝青路面進(jìn)行研究,首先閱讀大量國內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn),對該項(xiàng)技術(shù)在國內(nèi)外的研究及應(yīng)用成果進(jìn)行總結(jié)匯總,為后期研究提供參考。然后對貴州省現(xiàn)場冷再生技術(shù)的應(yīng)用狀況和現(xiàn)有再生結(jié)構(gòu)對軸載的適應(yīng)性進(jìn)行研究,通過對貴州省主要現(xiàn)場冷再生技術(shù)應(yīng)用地區(qū)的全面調(diào)查,對貴州省使用的現(xiàn)場冷再生機(jī)械、再生工藝、再生前后的結(jié)構(gòu)形式及材料、干線公路的交通特性及再生后路面的主要病害等進(jìn)行了了解;通過對貴州省應(yīng)用該技術(shù)較成熟的地區(qū)進(jìn)行的重點(diǎn)調(diào)查,了解到了貴州省現(xiàn)有路面結(jié)構(gòu)的使用狀況及該類結(jié)構(gòu)對交通軸載的適應(yīng)性;通過前期調(diào)查與理論分析對比,對比分析了貴州省現(xiàn)有冷再生結(jié)構(gòu)實(shí)際可承受交通量與理論可承受交通量的差別,并依此匯總了貴州省在該技術(shù)方面應(yīng)用較好的經(jīng)驗(yàn),并對貴州省現(xiàn)場冷再生技術(shù)應(yīng)用中存在的不足進(jìn)行分析。在對貴州省冷再生技術(shù)進(jìn)行了前期調(diào)查后,對冷再生瀝青路面結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的研究將基于新建瀝青路面的設(shè)計(jì)理論及方法,對其進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,以使其能夠很好的應(yīng)用于現(xiàn)場冷再生瀝青路面的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)中。主要通過現(xiàn)場試驗(yàn)和室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)對現(xiàn)場冷再生瀝青路面結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)進(jìn)行了研究,并通過實(shí)驗(yàn)路優(yōu)化現(xiàn)有設(shè)計(jì)方法,以此提出了結(jié)合材料組成設(shè)計(jì)的現(xiàn)場冷再生瀝青路面結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)流程。結(jié)合上述研究成果,對貴州省現(xiàn)場冷再生瀝青路面典型結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行研究,通過對交通量、現(xiàn)場冷再生層下基底強(qiáng)度對再生層設(shè)計(jì)厚度的敏感性分析,將1200萬次以下交通量劃分成了7個(gè)等級,將大于70MPa的基底強(qiáng)度劃分成了4個(gè)等級;通過對現(xiàn)場冷再生結(jié)構(gòu)中路基路面設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)的敏感性分析,并結(jié)合前期對貴州省的調(diào)研分析結(jié)果,提出相對合理的現(xiàn)場冷再生瀝青路面結(jié)構(gòu)組合形式,并依據(jù)有限元理論對該類結(jié)構(gòu)組合進(jìn)行了力學(xué)分析比較;在前述基礎(chǔ)上通過理論計(jì)算初步提出了不同基底強(qiáng)度等級、不同交通量等級的典型現(xiàn)場冷再生瀝青路面結(jié)構(gòu)。通過本文的研究,可為貴州省現(xiàn)場冷再生的瀝青路面結(jié)構(gòu)選取提供依據(jù)。通過適應(yīng)性評價(jià)總結(jié)出了貴州省現(xiàn)有結(jié)構(gòu)可適用的交通量,通過結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)研究提出了優(yōu)化的現(xiàn)場冷再生瀝青路面結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)流程,通過典型結(jié)構(gòu)研究,分二、三級路提出了一百余中典型結(jié)構(gòu)形式,可供工程實(shí)際選用。
[Abstract]:After years of development, the period of highway construction in China has passed, there are a large number of highways need maintenance and maintenance at this stage, so it is imperative to study the maintenance and repair technology. In this paper, the pavement structure of cold recycled asphalt pavement is studied in combination with the scientific research project of Guizhou Provincial Traffic Bureau, "Research on the Application of Cold Recycling Technology in the Field". In this paper, the field cold recycled cement stabilized macadam base asphalt pavement is studied. Firstly, a large number of domestic and foreign literatures are read, and the research and application results of the technology are summarized and summarized to provide a reference for the later research. Then, the application status of field cold regeneration technology in Guizhou province and the adaptability of existing regeneration structure to axle load are studied. Through a comprehensive investigation of the main field cold regeneration technology application areas in Guizhou Province, the field cold regeneration machinery used in Guizhou Province is studied. The regeneration technology, the structure form and material before and after regeneration, the traffic characteristics of trunk highway and the main diseases of regenerated pavement were studied. The usage of the existing pavement structure in Guizhou Province and its adaptability to traffic axle load are studied and compared with the previous investigation and theoretical analysis. This paper compares and analyzes the difference between the actual and theoretical tolerable traffic volume of the existing cold regeneration structure in Guizhou Province, and sums up the good experience in the application of this technology in Guizhou Province, according to the analysis of the difference between the actual and the theoretical tolerable traffic volume of the existing cold regenerated structure in Guizhou Province. The shortcomings in the application of cold-regeneration technology in Guizhou province were analyzed. After the preliminary investigation of cold recycling technology in Guizhou Province, the structural design of cold recycled asphalt pavement will be optimized based on the design theory and method of new asphalt pavement. In order to make it can be used in the field of cold recycled asphalt pavement structure design. The structural design parameters of cold recycled asphalt pavement were studied by field test and indoor test, and the existing design methods were optimized by experimental road. Based on this, the design flow of cold recycled asphalt pavement structure combined with material composition is put forward. Based on the above research results, the typical structure of cold recycled asphalt pavement in Guizhou province is studied. The sensitivity analysis of traffic volume and the intensity of the base under the cold regenerated layer to the design thickness of the regenerated layer is carried out. The traffic volume below 12 million times is divided into 7 grades, and the base strength greater than 70MPa is divided into 4 grades, and the sensitivity analysis of the design parameters of subgrade and pavement in the field cold regenerative structure is carried out. Combined with the previous investigation and analysis results of Guizhou Province, a relatively reasonable structure combination form of cold recycled asphalt pavement is put forward, and the mechanical analysis and comparison of this kind of structure combination are carried out according to the finite element theory. On the basis of theoretical calculation, the typical cold recycled asphalt pavement structure with different grade of base strength and traffic volume is put forward. Through the research of this paper, it can provide the basis for the selection of asphalt pavement structure of cold regeneration in Guizhou province. This paper summarizes the applicable traffic volume of the existing structure in Guizhou province through the adaptability evaluation, and puts forward the optimized design flow of the cold recycled asphalt pavement structure based on the structural design. Through the research of typical structure, it is divided into two parts. More than one hundred typical structure forms are put forward in the third class road, which can be used in engineering practice.
