鐵路瓦斯隧道分類分級標(biāo)準探討

【摘要】:瓦斯隧道分類分級對施工、運營安全有著極為重要的影響。首先,分析和對比現(xiàn)行瓦斯隧道規(guī)程、規(guī)范、指南以及煤礦系統(tǒng)相關(guān)規(guī)范對瓦斯隧道(礦井)的分類分級和設(shè)防標(biāo)準;然后,總結(jié)瓦斯隧道分類分級中存在的問題,提出根據(jù)規(guī)劃、建設(shè)、運營階段掌握的資料深度及工作重點采用三階段分類分級法,并給出各階段的分類分級標(biāo)準;最后,以運營隧道瓦斯環(huán)境等級分級為基礎(chǔ),構(gòu)建瓦斯隧道設(shè)防標(biāo)準,根據(jù)設(shè)防標(biāo)準可建立瓦斯設(shè)防結(jié)構(gòu)體系,為瓦斯隧道建設(shè)和運營安全提供保障。
