【摘要】：考察了制備工藝(乳化溫度和磨出口壓力)、乳化劑用量和改性瀝青中SBS含量對高黏改性乳化瀝青儲存穩(wěn)定性的影響。通過激光粒度儀測定高黏改性乳化瀝青平均粒徑,探討高黏改性乳化瀝青平均粒徑與其儲存穩(wěn)定性的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果表明:高黏改性乳化瀝青的儲存穩(wěn)定性數(shù)值隨乳化溫度的升高和改性瀝青中SBS含量的增加均呈先降低后增加趨勢,隨膠體磨出口壓力和乳化劑用量的增加均呈先降低后趨于變緩趨勢;高黏改性乳化瀝青的儲存穩(wěn)定性數(shù)值與其平均粒徑呈正相關(guān)。在優(yōu)化工藝條件下,即SBS改性瀝青溫度為165℃、乳化劑溶液溫度為55℃、磨出口壓力為0.2MPa、乳化劑用量為0.4%及改性瀝青中SBS含量為3.2%時,制備出的高黏改性乳化瀝青已成功應(yīng)用在2014年和2016年的西長安街大修工程中。
[Abstract]:The effects of the preparation process (emulsifying temperature and grinding outlet pressure), the amount of emulsifier and the content of SBS in modified asphalt on the storage stability of high viscosity modified emulsified asphalt were investigated. The average particle size of high viscosity modified emulsified asphalt was measured by laser particle size analyzer, and the correlation between the average particle size of high viscosity modified emulsified asphalt and its storage stability was discussed. The results show that the storage stability of high viscosity modified emulsified asphalt decreases first and then increases with the increase of emulsification temperature and SBS content. With the increase of the outlet pressure of colloid mill and the amount of emulsifier, the value of storage stability of high viscosity modified emulsified asphalt was positively correlated with its average particle size.
