【摘要】：長(zhǎng)大隧道施工中通常采用設(shè)置輔助坑道增加作業(yè)面提高項(xiàng)目施工進(jìn)度,然而輔助坑道進(jìn)入正洞的挑頂施工通常是長(zhǎng)大隧道施工的難點(diǎn),三岔口的設(shè)置對(duì)隧道施工的影響較大。本文結(jié)合成蘭鐵路平安隧道橫洞進(jìn)正洞時(shí)設(shè)計(jì)的3種不同全斷面挑頂施工方案,并通過(guò)應(yīng)用總結(jié)了不同挑頂施工方案的特點(diǎn),確保隧道在安全、質(zhì)量的前提下達(dá)到快速進(jìn)洞的施工條件。增加支洞施工方案和橫洞斷面不同比擴(kuò)大垂直進(jìn)正洞挑頂設(shè)計(jì)明顯優(yōu)于橫洞斷面同比例擴(kuò)大垂直進(jìn)正洞挑頂設(shè)計(jì)。
[Abstract]:In the construction of long and long tunnel, the auxiliary tunnel is usually used to increase the working surface to improve the construction progress of the project. However, the roof lifting construction of the auxiliary tunnel entering the main tunnel is usually a difficult point in the construction of the long tunnel, and the setting of the fork in the tunnel has a great influence on the construction of the tunnel. In this paper, three different full section roof lifting construction schemes are designed when entering the main tunnel of Ping'an Tunnel of Cheng-Lan Railway, and the characteristics of different roof lifting construction schemes are summarized through application to ensure the safety of the tunnel. Under the premise of quality, the construction conditions of rapid entry are achieved. The construction scheme of increasing branch tunnel and the different ratio of cross section are obviously superior to the design of roof lifting of vertical main tunnel with the same proportion of cross section.
