FRP設(shè)計參數(shù)對砌體拱加固作用的有限元研究

【摘要】:拱橋是一種歷史悠久又充滿生機(jī)的橋梁形式。目前,我國存在不少年代久遠(yuǎn)并且仍然正發(fā)揮交通功能的砌體古橋,它們是重要的歷史文化遺產(chǎn),對其維護(hù)加固非常重要。最近幾年,FRP在加固工程上的應(yīng)用和研究逐漸升溫,其應(yīng)用在砌體拱結(jié)構(gòu)的研究也逐漸展開。FRP加固砌體拱的效果和破壞模式理論分析上已經(jīng)取得一定的成果,但是對于FRP的設(shè)計參數(shù)改變對加固效果的影響研究則相當(dāng)匱乏。而且,大部分取得的研究成果是實驗室試驗研究取得,在數(shù)值模擬方面研究方面還不成熟。本文以O(shè)liveira教授試驗的加固砌體拱為參照,用ABAQUS建立有限元模型。FRP的粘貼寬度和粘貼位置作為變量,分別建立起7個有限元模型并施加荷載進(jìn)行計算。一個是未加固砌體拱結(jié)構(gòu),其他六個分別拱腹、拱背加固60mmm、140mm三種不同F(xiàn)RP寬度的加固拱,組成六個FRP加固砌體拱方案。對實驗得到的荷載位移數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,結(jié)果顯示FRP加固效果明顯,所有加固拱的荷載能力和變形能力都得到提高。實際工程中選擇橋梁加固方案時不但要考慮加固有效性,還需要考慮加固方案的經(jīng)濟(jì)性。價值工程可以將技術(shù)與經(jīng)濟(jì)手段相結(jié)合,針對FRP粘貼寬度和位置的設(shè)計進(jìn)行分析,合理的控制工程成本,節(jié)約資源。因此,為了得出最優(yōu)加固方案,本文對六個加固方案進(jìn)行了價值分析。
[Abstract]:Arch bridge is a bridge form with a long history and full of vitality. At present, there are many ancient masonry bridges which are old and still exerting traffic function in our country. They are important historical and cultural heritage, so it is very important to maintain and reinforce them. In recent years, the application and research of FRP in strengthening engineering has gradually increased, and its application in the study of masonry arch structure has gradually expanded. The theoretical analysis of the effect and failure mode of strengthening masonry arch with FRP has made certain achievements. However, the research on the effect of FRP design parameter change on reinforcement effect is rather scarce. Moreover, most of the research results are laboratory experiments, but not mature in numerical simulation. In this paper, the reinforced masonry arch tested by Professor Oliveira is taken as a reference, and the finite element model is established by ABAQUS. The paste width and the paste position are taken as variables, and seven finite element models are established respectively and calculated under load. One is the unreinforced masonry arch structure, the other six are respectively arch abs, and the arch back is strengthened with 60mm mm-140mm three kinds of different FRP widths, and six FRP reinforced masonry arch schemes are formed. The experimental data of load and displacement are analyzed and the results show that the effect of FRP reinforcement is obvious and the load capacity and deformation capacity of all strengthened arches are improved. It is necessary to consider not only the effectiveness of reinforcement, but also the economy of reinforcement scheme in practical engineering. Value engineering can combine technology with economic means, analyze the design of FRP paste width and position, control project cost reasonably and save resources. Therefore, in order to obtain the optimal reinforcement scheme, this paper analyzes the value of the six reinforcement schemes.
