【摘要】：車容量限制是公交運(yùn)行計(jì)劃編制的重要約束.以單條公交線為研究對(duì)象,綜合考慮了不同公交車型的技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)性能、車容量大小、車輛數(shù)限制和客流需求的時(shí)變特征等因素,建立同步優(yōu)化公交車型和時(shí)刻表的規(guī)劃模型,以確定線路的發(fā)車時(shí)刻表和選擇車型的最優(yōu)組合.建立了以公交企業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)成本和公交乘客出行成本最小為目標(biāo),帶有0-1決策變量的非線性整數(shù)規(guī)劃模型,針對(duì)該模型多目標(biāo)函數(shù)的求解特點(diǎn),采用枚舉法求解每輛車的發(fā)車時(shí)刻,應(yīng)用遺傳算法求解車型選擇的序列.最后以北京市某公交線為案例進(jìn)行分析,優(yōu)化后的發(fā)車時(shí)刻表和車型配置方案具有較好的運(yùn)營(yíng)效果.算例結(jié)果表明,采用多車型方案較傳統(tǒng)的單一車型方案更具經(jīng)濟(jì)性,乘客的出行成本可減少13.9%,企業(yè)的運(yùn)營(yíng)成本可減少3.5%.
[Abstract]:The limitation of vehicle capacity is an important constraint in the formulation of bus operation plan. Taking a single bus line as an object of study, considering the technical and economic performance of different bus types, vehicle capacity, vehicle number limitation and time-varying characteristics of passenger flow demand, a planning model for simultaneous optimization of bus type and timetable is established. To determine the route of the departure schedule and the choice of the optimal combination of models. A nonlinear integer programming model with 0-1 decision variables is established, which aims at the minimum operation cost of public transport enterprises and the minimum travel cost of public transport passengers. According to the characteristics of solving multi-objective functions of the model, the enumeration method is used to solve the departure time of each vehicle. Genetic algorithm is used to solve the sequence of vehicle selection. Finally, taking a bus line in Beijing as a case study, the optimized departure schedule and vehicle configuration have good operation effect. The results show that the multi-model scheme is more economical than the traditional single-vehicle scheme, the travel cost of passengers can be reduced by 13.9, and the operating cost of enterprises can be reduced by 3.5%.
