瀝青攪拌設(shè)備油改氣技術(shù)應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:為解決日益突出的環(huán)境問(wèn)題,國(guó)家和各地政府陸續(xù)出臺(tái)了一系列的法律、法規(guī),對(duì)污染物排放總量進(jìn)行了嚴(yán)格的限制。而瀝青攪拌設(shè)備作為公路建設(shè)事業(yè)的重要組成部分,其工作過(guò)程中對(duì)周邊環(huán)境造成了較大的污染,主要表現(xiàn)為粉塵污染、煙氣污染、噪聲污染等。本文結(jié)合當(dāng)今嚴(yán)峻環(huán)境形勢(shì)和瀝青攪拌設(shè)備工作特點(diǎn),針對(duì)瀝青攪拌設(shè)備高污染物排放的問(wèn)題,從環(huán)保的角度出發(fā),提出在瀝青攪拌設(shè)備上應(yīng)用油改氣技術(shù),力求能有效控制瀝青攪拌設(shè)備的污染物排放,為其環(huán)境治理提供有利依據(jù)。本文先從理論角度,分析了天然氣和重油的燃燒特點(diǎn),并對(duì)燃油和燃?xì)夤r下的燃燒系統(tǒng)工藝流程進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析,著重對(duì)瀝青攪拌設(shè)備油改氣的燃燒排放進(jìn)行理論計(jì)算。然后,基于瀝青攪拌設(shè)備的工作條件,對(duì)重油和天然氣兩種工況下的燃燒進(jìn)行仿真,探究瀝青攪拌設(shè)備油改氣后的排放情況。最后依托十天高速三標(biāo)段的瑪連尼4000型瀝青攪拌設(shè)備,在理論和仿真的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn),完成了燃料消耗率、燃燒充分性和穩(wěn)定性、溫度穩(wěn)定性和有害氣體排放試驗(yàn)。通過(guò)以上研究表明,油改氣后對(duì)瀝青攪拌設(shè)備性能的影響顯著,主要表現(xiàn)為:燃料消耗率降低,也就是說(shuō)加熱1噸熱骨料燃?xì)獬杀颈热加徒档土?.6%;燃?xì)夤r下的熱骨料和成品料的溫度穩(wěn)定性都高于燃油工況;天然氣的燃燒穩(wěn)定性和燃燒充分性均優(yōu)于重油的。瀝青攪拌設(shè)備油改氣對(duì)環(huán)境影響顯著,主要表現(xiàn)為:燃油工況的噪聲高于燃?xì)?但差距很小;使用天然氣作為燃料時(shí),與重油相比,有害氣體排放得到有效改善。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the increasingly prominent environmental problems, the state and local governments have issued a series of laws and regulations one after another to strictly limit the total amount of pollutants discharged. As an important part of highway construction, asphalt mixing equipment has caused great pollution to the surrounding environment in its working process, mainly manifested in dust pollution, flue gas pollution, noise pollution and so on. According to the severe environmental situation and the working characteristics of asphalt mixing equipment, this paper, in view of the problem of high pollutant emission from asphalt mixing equipment, puts forward the application of oil to gas technology in asphalt mixing equipment from the point of view of environmental protection. It can effectively control the pollutant emission of asphalt mixing equipment and provide a favorable basis for its environmental treatment. In this paper, the combustion characteristics of natural gas and heavy oil are analyzed from the theoretical point of view, and the process flow of the combustion system under the condition of fuel and gas is compared and analyzed, with emphasis on the theoretical calculation of the combustion emissions from oil to gas in asphalt mixing equipment. Then, based on the working conditions of asphalt mixing equipment, the combustion of heavy oil and natural gas is simulated, and the emission of oil in asphalt mixing equipment is investigated. Finally, based on the ten days high speed and three standard asphalt mixing equipment, the field test was carried out on the basis of theory and simulation, and the fuel consumption rate, combustion adequacy and stability, temperature stability and harmful gas emission test were completed. Through the above research, it is shown that the effect of oil on the performance of asphalt mixing equipment is significant, mainly as follows: the fuel consumption rate is reduced, That is to say, the cost of heating 1 ton hot aggregate gas is 7.6 lower than that of fuel oil; the temperature stability of hot aggregate and finished product is higher than that of fuel oil; the combustion stability and combustion adequacy of natural gas are better than those of heavy oil. The effect of oil modification on the environment is significant, mainly as follows: the noise of fuel oil is higher than that of gas, but the difference is very small; when natural gas is used as fuel, the harmful gas emission is improved effectively compared with heavy oil.
