【摘要】：公路工程建設(shè)是國民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要影響因素,也是基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)的重要組成部分。我國每年都有大量資金投入到公路建設(shè)中,在建設(shè)前期的投資估算,是對項(xiàng)目的決策,以及工程的可行性研究的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。長期以來,相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的學(xué)者對公路工程的投資估算進(jìn)行了諸多研究,取得了很多成果,但仍有不足。這是由于其具有的建設(shè)周期長、環(huán)境復(fù)雜多變、影響因素眾多等特點(diǎn)使得公路工程造價具有高度的不確定性,這為我們工程造價投資估算帶來了巨大的困難,研究和探索出一套動態(tài)的公路工程造價估測方法,具有重要的實(shí)際意義和工程參考價值。本文針對公路工程規(guī)劃階段投資估測需要,首先回顧了當(dāng)前國內(nèi)外公路造價投資估算的研究現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展趨勢,通過對公路工程的造價構(gòu)成分析,得出建安費(fèi)是整個公路工程項(xiàng)目估算的決定性因素。然后研究構(gòu)建了公路工程造價估測指標(biāo)體系,基于歷史數(shù)據(jù)的調(diào)查整理,利用MySQL數(shù)據(jù)庫管理系統(tǒng)平臺建立了公路造價案例庫,服務(wù)于案例推理的工作流程,提出了基于案例推理的公路投資估測系統(tǒng),并通過工程實(shí)例驗(yàn)證了該系統(tǒng)的有效性,具有一定的工程應(yīng)用價值與借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:Highway construction is not only an important factor of national economic development, but also an important part of infrastructure construction. Every year, a large number of funds are invested in highway construction in China. The investment estimation in the early stage of construction is the key link of the project decision and the feasibility study of the project. For a long time, scholars in related fields have made a lot of research on the investment estimation of highway engineering, and achieved a lot of results, but there are still some shortcomings. This is because of its long construction cycle, complex environment, numerous factors and other characteristics of highway engineering cost has a high degree of uncertainty, which has brought great difficulties for our project cost investment estimation. It is of great practical significance and engineering reference value to study and explore a set of dynamic estimation methods of highway engineering cost. In view of the need of investment estimation in highway engineering planning stage, this paper first reviews the current research status and development trend of highway cost investment estimation at home and abroad, and analyzes the cost structure of highway engineering. It is concluded that the construction and safety fee is the decisive factor in the estimation of the whole highway project. Then it studies and constructs the index system of highway engineering cost estimation, based on the investigation and arrangement of historical data, establishes the highway cost case base by using MySQL database management system platform, which serves the work flow of case-based reasoning. The highway investment estimation system based on case-based reasoning is put forward, and the effectiveness of the system is verified by an engineering example, which has certain engineering application value and reference value.
