考慮季節(jié)溫度的半剛性基層施工方法研究

【摘要】:半剛性基層在我國公路建設(shè)中應(yīng)用廣泛,其結(jié)構(gòu)的安全性直接影響公路使用壽命。在半剛性基層施工期間,由于季節(jié)不同導(dǎo)致養(yǎng)護溫度過高或過低很容易造成基層材料強度不足,基層層底產(chǎn)生較大拉應(yīng)力而發(fā)生彎拉破壞,進而造成面層結(jié)構(gòu)的開裂。本文通過對系統(tǒng)試驗的總結(jié)分析與力學(xué)響應(yīng)分析,深入研究了分層攤鋪施工方法和連續(xù)攤鋪施工方法在路面結(jié)構(gòu)整體強度形成期內(nèi),不同養(yǎng)生溫度下,車輛荷載對路面結(jié)構(gòu)受力特性的影響作用,為不同養(yǎng)生溫度下基層施工方法的選擇提供依據(jù)。(1)對河北省部分地區(qū)的氣候特點、半剛性基層路面結(jié)構(gòu)形式施工和施工車輛荷載系統(tǒng)調(diào)查,確定了河北省半剛性基層瀝青路面典型結(jié)構(gòu)形式、材料配比及荷載分布規(guī)律。根據(jù)實際調(diào)查,確定計算用養(yǎng)護溫度。(2)室內(nèi)試驗研究了不同配合比的石灰土、水泥穩(wěn)定碎石、二灰穩(wěn)定碎石等半剛性基層材料在不同養(yǎng)生溫度(10℃、20℃、30℃)條件下的無側(cè)限抗壓強度、劈裂強度、抗壓回彈模量等路用性能隨齡期的變化規(guī)律。(3)選取兩種典型半剛性基層路面結(jié)構(gòu),運用力學(xué)分析軟件kenpave定量分析了基層施工過程中軸載為180KN時,采用分期、分層施工及連續(xù)攤鋪法施工基層的受力變形。分析結(jié)果表明:采用分層攤鋪施工方法,不滿足力學(xué)要求;而采用連續(xù)攤鋪法施工時,路面結(jié)構(gòu)在養(yǎng)護溫度為10℃時養(yǎng)生14d并控制車輛荷載的條件下滿足強度要求;在養(yǎng)護溫度為20℃時適當(dāng)控制車輛荷載可滿足強度要求;在養(yǎng)護溫度為30℃時,養(yǎng)生7d可適當(dāng)控制車輛荷載,養(yǎng)生14d滿足強度要求。(4)建立了施工期間路面結(jié)構(gòu)層底最大拉應(yīng)力與齡期和軸載的回歸方程,為養(yǎng)生齡期和施工車輛軸載的控制提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Semi-rigid base is widely used in highway construction in China, and the safety of its structure directly affects the service life of highway. During the construction of semi-rigid base, it is easy to cause the understrength of the base material due to the high or too low curing temperature caused by the different seasons, and the large tensile stress at the bottom of the base layer leads to the bending and tensile failure, which leads to the cracking of the surface structure. Through summing up and analyzing the system test and mechanical response analysis, this paper deeply studies the layered paving construction method and the continuous paving construction method under the different curing temperature during the whole strength forming period of the pavement structure. The effect of vehicle load on the mechanical characteristics of pavement structure provides a basis for the selection of construction methods for the base course at different temperatures. (1) the climatic characteristics in some parts of Hebei Province. Based on the construction of semi-rigid base pavement and the investigation of vehicle load system, the typical structure form, material ratio and load distribution of semi-rigid base asphalt pavement in Hebei Province are determined. According to the actual investigation, the curing temperature for calculation was determined. (2) the lime soil and cement stabilized macadam with different mix ratio were studied in laboratory.
