基于GPRs網(wǎng)絡(luò)的徐沛段路橋工程進(jìn)度管理研究
[Abstract]:The investment in highway construction projects is huge, and the social and economic impact on the surrounding areas is enormous. Therefore, to do a good job of highway network planning, to make overall arrangements for the scale and timing of highway construction during the planning period, and to make rational use of funds, Reducing the economic losses caused by blind investment is of great significance. With the rapid development of economy and the continuous expansion of urban scale, expressway, as the infrastructure of traffic logistics, is the energy artery of social economic construction and urban development, and the necessity of its development is self-evident. As an important part of project management, project schedule management plays a key role in measuring the level of the whole project, whether the quality and quantity of the project can be completed on time, and the cost and benefit of the project. Therefore, it has great significance in research. Based on the theory of construction organization plan and project schedule management, this paper takes the schedule management of bridge section of Xuzhou to Peixian section of Provincial Highway 272 as the background. Drawing up and optimizing the Project Network Plan. 272 Provincial Highway Bridge Segment Project between Xuzhou and Peixian. As a large and complex project, the demand for human and material resources is enormous. Therefore, it is necessary to make reasonable resource allocation and network planning to reduce project cost. By studying and analyzing the related knowledge of network planning optimization and combining the practical application experience of theory in concrete engineering projects, this paper aims to solve the conflicts in engineering construction and to realize scientific and effective project schedule management. In this paper, according to the concrete situation of the bridge section of Xuzhou to Peixian section of the 272 provincial highway, the relevant theories of project management are used to study it. First of all, the present research situation at home and abroad is introduced. The related concepts of WBS decomposition structure and GPRs network plan for project schedule management are briefly described. Secondly, it introduces the general situation of the bridge section of Xuzhou to Peixian section of Provincial Highway 272, including the background of the project, the organization of the construction project, the construction process of the project, etc. The construction plan of the project is worked out emphatically, and the structure of the project is decomposed by using WBS method. The network schedule diagram is drawn, and the network diagram is optimized and controlled by using the overlay network, in order to shorten the time limit and improve the efficiency. Finally, the guarantee measures are put forward for the implementation of the project schedule plan, including risk prevention measures, time limit quality assurance measures, safety management assurance measures, materials and documents management, etc.
