基于GPRs網(wǎng)絡(luò)的徐沛段路橋工程進(jìn)度管理研究

【摘要】:公路建設(shè)項(xiàng)目投資巨大,對(duì)周邊社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)影響巨大,因此搞好公路網(wǎng)規(guī)劃,統(tǒng)籌安排好規(guī)劃期內(nèi)公路建設(shè)的規(guī)模、時(shí)序,對(duì)合理利用資金、減少盲目投資所造成的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失具有重要意義。隨著當(dāng)今經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅猛發(fā)展,我國(guó)城市規(guī)模的不斷擴(kuò)大,高速公路作為交通物流的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施,是社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)和城市發(fā)展的能源動(dòng)脈,其發(fā)展的必要性不言而喻。項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理作為項(xiàng)目管理的重要組成部分,它對(duì)衡量整個(gè)項(xiàng)目水平的高低,工程項(xiàng)目能否保質(zhì)保量按時(shí)完成,項(xiàng)目的成本和收益都起著關(guān)鍵的作用,因而具有極大的研究意義。本文運(yùn)用施工組織計(jì)劃和項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的相關(guān)理論,以272省道徐州至沛縣段橋梁標(biāo)段工程的進(jìn)度管理為背景,對(duì)項(xiàng)目網(wǎng)絡(luò)計(jì)劃進(jìn)行編制和優(yōu)化。272省道徐州至沛縣段橋梁標(biāo)段工程作為大型、復(fù)雜的項(xiàng)目,對(duì)人力、物力的資源需求龐大,因此做好合理的資源調(diào)配和網(wǎng)絡(luò)計(jì)劃可以減少項(xiàng)目成本的投入是十分必要的。本文將通過(guò)研究和分析網(wǎng)絡(luò)計(jì)劃優(yōu)化方面的相關(guān)的知識(shí),并結(jié)合理論在具體的工程項(xiàng)目中實(shí)際應(yīng)用經(jīng)驗(yàn),旨在解決工程建設(shè)中的沖突,以實(shí)現(xiàn)科學(xué)有效的項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理。本文結(jié)合272省道徐州至沛縣段橋梁標(biāo)段工程的具體情況運(yùn)用項(xiàng)目管理的相關(guān)理論對(duì)其進(jìn)行研究,首先介紹國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,并對(duì)工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理、WBS分解結(jié)構(gòu)、GPRs網(wǎng)絡(luò)計(jì)劃的相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)要闡述。其次介紹了272省道徐州至沛縣段橋梁標(biāo)段工程概況,包括項(xiàng)目背景、施工項(xiàng)目組織機(jī)構(gòu)、項(xiàng)目施工工序等,重點(diǎn)編制了工程項(xiàng)目施工計(jì)劃,運(yùn)用WBS方法對(duì)項(xiàng)目結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行分解,并繪制了網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)度計(jì)劃圖,重點(diǎn)運(yùn)用搭接網(wǎng)絡(luò)對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)圖進(jìn)行優(yōu)化和控制,以縮短工期提高效率。最后對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的實(shí)施提出了保證措施,包括風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)防措施、工期質(zhì)量保證措施、安全管理保證措施及物資及文件資料管理等。
[Abstract]:The investment in highway construction projects is huge, and the social and economic impact on the surrounding areas is enormous. Therefore, to do a good job of highway network planning, to make overall arrangements for the scale and timing of highway construction during the planning period, and to make rational use of funds, Reducing the economic losses caused by blind investment is of great significance. With the rapid development of economy and the continuous expansion of urban scale, expressway, as the infrastructure of traffic logistics, is the energy artery of social economic construction and urban development, and the necessity of its development is self-evident. As an important part of project management, project schedule management plays a key role in measuring the level of the whole project, whether the quality and quantity of the project can be completed on time, and the cost and benefit of the project. Therefore, it has great significance in research. Based on the theory of construction organization plan and project schedule management, this paper takes the schedule management of bridge section of Xuzhou to Peixian section of Provincial Highway 272 as the background. Drawing up and optimizing the Project Network Plan. 272 Provincial Highway Bridge Segment Project between Xuzhou and Peixian. As a large and complex project, the demand for human and material resources is enormous. Therefore, it is necessary to make reasonable resource allocation and network planning to reduce project cost. By studying and analyzing the related knowledge of network planning optimization and combining the practical application experience of theory in concrete engineering projects, this paper aims to solve the conflicts in engineering construction and to realize scientific and effective project schedule management. In this paper, according to the concrete situation of the bridge section of Xuzhou to Peixian section of the 272 provincial highway, the relevant theories of project management are used to study it. First of all, the present research situation at home and abroad is introduced. The related concepts of WBS decomposition structure and GPRs network plan for project schedule management are briefly described. Secondly, it introduces the general situation of the bridge section of Xuzhou to Peixian section of Provincial Highway 272, including the background of the project, the organization of the construction project, the construction process of the project, etc. The construction plan of the project is worked out emphatically, and the structure of the project is decomposed by using WBS method. The network schedule diagram is drawn, and the network diagram is optimized and controlled by using the overlay network, in order to shorten the time limit and improve the efficiency. Finally, the guarantee measures are put forward for the implementation of the project schedule plan, including risk prevention measures, time limit quality assurance measures, safety management assurance measures, materials and documents management, etc.
