施工爆破對既有病害隧道的振動響應(yīng)規(guī)律及安全控制技術(shù)研究
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous development of highway traffic in China, especially the rapid growth of vehicle ownership, traffic congestion has become increasingly prominent. In view of the great influence of new tunnel construction blasting on the existing operating tunnel, especially in the case of existing tunnel diseases, it is necessary to study the vibration response law of the existing tunnel under blasting construction. In this paper, based on the new Xinling tunnel project, numerical simulation is used as the main research means, and the influence of blasting vibration on the adjacent existing diseased tunnel is systematically studied in combination with the monitoring data on the spot. The main results are as follows: (1) based on the detection data of existing tunnel diseases, the distribution characteristics and spatial distribution of existing tunnel diseases are analyzed, and the characteristics of typical diseases (cracks, caverns, etc.) are discussed deeply. (2) based on the statistical analysis of the existing tunnel diseases, a numerical simulation model is established to deal with the possible defects of the existing tunnel (such as lining cracks). The blasting vibration effect under the condition of cavity) is studied systematically. Emphasis is placed on the study of the severity of damage caused by different location and scope of existing tunnel diseases under blasting vibration condition, and the characteristics and laws of lining stress field, velocity field amplification or decay brought by the disease under blasting vibration condition are analyzed. (3) according to the results of data investigation and numerical analysis, the reasonable parameter index (vibration velocity, stress) is selected as the monitoring and controlling index in the blasting construction of adjacent existing disease tunnel, and the control index is based on it. This paper analyzes the evolution characteristics of the vibration response law of the diseased tunnel under the condition of various disease tunnels, puts forward the basic value of the safety control of the disease tunnel, and establishes the control standard management system based on the cracks and cavities. (4) based on the control datum of different diseases, the rational suggestions are put forward for the control measures such as maximum dosage and slight difference of the existing operating tunnel under the condition of disease by using numerical simulation method.
