瀝青混凝土預(yù)埋碳纖維繩發(fā)熱升溫試驗

【摘要】:為了研究預(yù)埋碳纖維繩(碳繩)發(fā)熱對瀝青混凝土表面溫度變化的影響規(guī)律,進行了不同長度碳繩單元的發(fā)熱升溫試驗,繪制了升溫及降溫曲線,擬合得到溫度變化與時間的數(shù)學(xué)關(guān)系式,進行了功率及用電量分析。研究結(jié)果表明:隨著時間的延長,試件表面溫度有持續(xù)上升趨勢,與環(huán)境溫度相比,2.5m長碳繩發(fā)熱單元15min升高了4℃;3.5m、4.5m、5.5m長碳繩發(fā)熱單元30min分別升高了3.5℃、3.2℃、1.3℃;單元發(fā)熱功率分別為498W/m2、292W/m2、186W/m2、119W/m2、89 W/m2;斷電后試塊表面降溫過程非常緩慢,溫度變化與通電時間有良好的數(shù)學(xué)相關(guān)性;碳繩發(fā)熱性能良好,瀝青混凝土中埋設(shè)碳繩能起到較好的發(fā)熱升溫效果。依據(jù)降雪帶的分布,推薦了發(fā)熱單元的選擇方案及設(shè)計方法。
