大粒徑瀝青碎石柔性基層在市政道路中的性能評(píng)估及應(yīng)用

【摘要】:市政道路是城市國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)的重要基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施,由于車輛荷載的反復(fù)作用和自然因素的侵蝕破壞,加之近些年來(lái)交通量及重型車輛顯著增長(zhǎng)等帶來(lái)的不利影響,出現(xiàn)如路面破損、凹陷、裂縫、脫空或路基疏松等路面災(zāi)害,影響路面的使用性能。而大粒徑瀝青穩(wěn)定碎石柔性基層路面與普通瀝青路面相比,具有高剛度,高強(qiáng)度和耐疲勞的性能,可以有效的避免瀝青路面裂縫的產(chǎn)生。如何用有效的手段來(lái)設(shè)計(jì)和評(píng)價(jià)大粒徑瀝青碎石一直是國(guó)外試驗(yàn)研究的重點(diǎn),國(guó)內(nèi)對(duì)大粒徑瀝青穩(wěn)定碎石柔性基層的系統(tǒng)研究剛剛興起,還沒(méi)有成熟的規(guī)范可以參考。在文獻(xiàn)調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)之上,進(jìn)行了大粒徑瀝青穩(wěn)定碎石柔性基層材料力學(xué)特性的研究,結(jié)合室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)確定了大粒徑瀝青碎石抗壓回彈模量、劈裂抗拉強(qiáng)度、FWD彎沉數(shù)據(jù)反分析結(jié)構(gòu)層模量等材料參數(shù),以及面層與基層層間粘聚本構(gòu)模型。實(shí)施了大粒徑瀝青穩(wěn)定碎石柔性基層實(shí)體工程,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行了相關(guān)的檢測(cè)及分析。之后,利用有限元軟件對(duì)實(shí)體工程進(jìn)行了分析評(píng)價(jià)。除此之外,對(duì)大粒徑瀝青穩(wěn)定碎石柔性基層施工技術(shù)及施工工藝進(jìn)行了研究,對(duì)層間粘結(jié)層的施工注意事項(xiàng)進(jìn)行歸納。最后總結(jié)了關(guān)于大粒徑瀝青穩(wěn)定碎石柔性基層研究的主要結(jié)論,并提出了相應(yīng)建議。
[Abstract]:Municipal road is an important infrastructure in the construction of urban national economy. Due to the repeated effects of vehicle loads and the erosion and destruction of natural factors, coupled with the adverse effects of the traffic volume and the significant growth of heavy vehicles in recent years, Pavement disasters such as pavement breakage, depression, crack, void or roadbed looseness affect pavement performance. Compared with ordinary asphalt pavement, large size asphalt stabilized macadam flexible base pavement has high stiffness, high strength and fatigue resistance, which can effectively avoid the occurrence of asphalt pavement cracks. How to design and evaluate the asphalt macadam with large particle size by effective means has always been the focus of foreign experimental research. The domestic systematic research on flexible base of asphalt stabilized macadam with large particle size has just arisen, and there is no mature standard to refer to. On the basis of literature investigation, the mechanical properties of flexible base materials of large size asphalt stabilized macadam were studied, and the compressive resilience modulus of large size asphalt macadam was determined in combination with laboratory tests. Splitting tensile strength and FWD deflection data back analysis of material parameters such as structural layer modulus, as well as the cohesive constitutive model between the surface layer and the base layer. The large-size asphalt stabilized macadam flexible base course was implemented, and its related detection and analysis were carried out. Then, the finite element software is used to analyze and evaluate the entity engineering. In addition, the construction technology and construction technology of the flexible base course of large size asphalt stabilized macadam are studied, and the matters needing attention in the construction of the interlayer bond layer are summarized. Finally, the main conclusions of the research on the flexible base of asphalt stabilized macadam with large particle size are summarized, and the corresponding suggestions are put forward.
