寒冷地區(qū)橋面鋪裝瀝青混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)及材料設(shè)計(jì)研究

【摘要】:橋面鋪裝作為橋面板的防護(hù)部分,能大大緩和行車對(duì)橋面板的沖擊和滿足行車平穩(wěn)的要求,鋪裝層的質(zhì)量好壞不僅關(guān)系著行車駕駛的安全問(wèn)題,還影響到整個(gè)橋梁在使用階段的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。在寒冷地區(qū),由于冬季溫度較低,橋面鋪裝更容易出現(xiàn)低溫開裂,雨雪也更容易侵入到橋面板,對(duì)整個(gè)橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)造成嚴(yán)重的危害。而且,由于冬季氣溫低,施工的和易性受到了較大挑戰(zhàn),需要添加溫拌劑來(lái)降低拌合和壓實(shí)溫度以保證瀝青混凝土的性能滿足要求。本文考慮到寒冷地區(qū)的氣候特征,對(duì)橋面鋪裝的結(jié)構(gòu)和材料設(shè)計(jì)作了相關(guān)分析和探究,主要成果如下:1.考慮到寒冷地區(qū)的氣候特點(diǎn),結(jié)合有限元分析結(jié)果對(duì)橋面鋪裝結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)為:“4cmSBS改性瀝青混凝土(AC-13)+5cm中粒式瀝青混凝土(AC-16)+防水粘結(jié)層”,并對(duì)防水粘結(jié)層作了系統(tǒng)的歸納總結(jié)。為保證在冬天的寒冷條件下正常施工,建議采用DAT-H5溫拌劑制備瀝青混合料。2.根據(jù)上、下鋪裝層的功能及使用要求,設(shè)計(jì)出合理的級(jí)配和最佳瀝青用量。通過(guò)室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)對(duì)各結(jié)構(gòu)層瀝青混凝土進(jìn)行了路用性能檢測(cè),試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明兩種級(jí)配均可滿足路用性能要求。3.加入10%的DAT-H5溫拌劑后,當(dāng)拌合溫度從100℃增加到130℃,溫拌改性瀝青粘度大幅降低;當(dāng)拌合溫度達(dá)到并超過(guò)130℃后,摻加DAT-H5的溫拌改性瀝青與未摻加溫拌劑的瀝青布氏粘度基本相同,這表明在100℃~130℃之間,DAT-H5對(duì)瀝青有著明顯的降粘作用。4.通過(guò)變溫馬歇爾擊實(shí)試驗(yàn),確定了摻量為10%的DAT-H5對(duì)瀝青混合料拌和溫度的降幅為25℃左右。5.對(duì)摻加DAT-H5的溫拌瀝青混合料進(jìn)行路用性能試驗(yàn),結(jié)果表明:DAT-H5可以提高瀝青混合料的高溫抗車轍能力和抗水損壞能力,對(duì)低溫抗裂性則有微小的降低,但仍滿足性能規(guī)范要求。6.針對(duì)長(zhǎng)春地區(qū)的氣候特點(diǎn),結(jié)合上述研究的成果,提出了適合橋面鋪裝的施工方案,對(duì)將來(lái)應(yīng)用于實(shí)際工程提供了參考。
[Abstract]:As the protective part of bridge deck, bridge deck pavement can greatly alleviate the impact of driving on bridge deck and meet the requirements of smooth driving. The quality of pavement is not only related to the safety of driving. It also affects the economic benefit of the whole bridge in the service stage. In the cold area, because of the low temperature in winter, the bridge deck pavement is prone to cracking at low temperature, and the rain and snow can easily invade the bridge deck, causing serious harm to the whole bridge structure. Moreover, due to the low temperature in winter, the ease of construction is greatly challenged, so it is necessary to add warm mixing agent to reduce the mixing and compaction temperature to ensure that the performance of asphalt concrete can meet the requirements. In this paper, the structure and material design of bridge deck pavement are analyzed and explored in consideration of the climatic characteristics in cold regions. The main results are as follows: 1. Considering the climatic characteristics of cold regions, the bridge deck pavement structure is designed as "4cmSBS modified asphalt concrete (AC-13) 5cm waterproofing adhesive layer" with the result of finite element analysis, and the waterproofing adhesive layer is systematically summarized. In order to ensure the normal construction of bituminous mixture under the cold winter conditions, it is suggested that the DAT-H5 warm mix agent be used to prepare the asphalt mixture. 2. According to the function and application requirement of upper and lower paving layer, the reasonable gradation and optimum asphalt content are designed. The pavement performance of asphalt concrete of each structure layer is tested by indoor test. The test results show that the two gradation can meet the requirements of road performance. 3.
