大跨度波形鋼腹板連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋PBL連接件傳力機(jī)理研究

【摘要】:隨著波形鋼腹板組合箱梁橋的迅速發(fā)展,作為其關(guān)鍵構(gòu)件的剪力連接件越來(lái)越受到重視。其中,PBL連接件因抗剪剛度大、延性好而得到廣泛應(yīng)用。目前,對(duì)于波形鋼腹板組合箱梁橋的PBL剪力連接件研究還不成熟,國(guó)內(nèi)還沒(méi)有統(tǒng)一的規(guī)范對(duì)PBL剪力連接件的設(shè)計(jì)作出明確規(guī)定。以某波形鋼腹板箱梁的頂板與腹板連接的PBL連接件為研究對(duì)象,考慮4個(gè)因素設(shè)計(jì)11類靜載破壞試驗(yàn)?zāi)P?結(jié)合非線性有限元分析,對(duì)PBL連接件作了詳細(xì)的研究,主要研究?jī)?nèi)容如下:對(duì)試件的試驗(yàn)破壞過(guò)程及破壞形態(tài)進(jìn)行描述,根據(jù)破壞形態(tài)把試件分成4類,然后分別對(duì)4類試件的承載機(jī)理和荷載滑移規(guī)律進(jìn)行分析。分析了鋼板開孔孔徑、貫穿鋼筋直徑、鋼板板厚、預(yù)應(yīng)力對(duì)連接件承載過(guò)程及破壞形態(tài)的定性影響和對(duì)承載力的定量影響。為了與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果相互驗(yàn)證,還通過(guò)ANSYS分析軟件建立有限元模型進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)加載過(guò)程的非線性分析。最后,綜合有限元結(jié)果和試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,提出了一種PBL連接件的設(shè)計(jì)方法。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the corrugated steel web composite box girder bridge, the shear connectors, which are the key components of the bridge, are paid more and more attention. Among them, PBL joints are widely used because of their high shear stiffness and ductility. At present, the research on PBL shear connectors of composite box girder bridges with corrugated steel webs is not mature, and there is no uniform specification for the design of PBL shear connectors in China. Taking the PBL connection of a corrugated steel web box girder as the research object, considering four factors, 11 kinds of static load failure test models are designed, and the PBL connection is studied in detail with nonlinear finite element analysis. The main research contents are as follows: the failure process and failure mode of the specimens are described. According to the failure patterns, the specimens are divided into four categories, and then the load-bearing mechanism and load-slip law of the four types of specimens are analyzed respectively. This paper analyzes the qualitative and quantitative effects of aperture of steel plate, diameter of steel bar through, thickness of plate and prestress on bearing process and failure mode of joint and its quantitative effect on bearing capacity. In order to verify the test results, a finite element model was established by ANSYS software to analyze the nonlinear behavior of the test loading process. Finally, a design method of PBL connectors is proposed based on the results of finite element method and experiment.
