南通地區(qū)中小橋梁病害分析及其耐久性評(píng)估方法研究

【摘要】:橋梁在交通系統(tǒng)中發(fā)揮著舉足輕重的作用,而其耐久性不足造成結(jié)構(gòu)劣化損傷的現(xiàn)象一直是社會(huì)關(guān)心的問題,橋梁的養(yǎng)護(hù)管理也越來越受到重視。本文以江蘇省南通地區(qū)國省干線公路中、小跨徑混凝土梁橋?yàn)檠芯繉?duì)象,考慮沿海地區(qū)環(huán)境等影響因素,主要進(jìn)行了以下幾方面的研究:1)開展了南通地區(qū)國省道干線公路的中小橋梁病害調(diào)查與分析。主要包括南通地區(qū)公路橋梁現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查(包括環(huán)境、氣候、橋梁荷載等)和中小橋主要病害的調(diào)查與分析。2)進(jìn)行了南通地區(qū)典型橋梁耐久性檢測(cè)與分析,為橋梁耐久性評(píng)估研究提供了技術(shù)數(shù)據(jù)和科學(xué)依據(jù)。3)采用層次分析法建立了混凝土梁橋的耐久性評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系,基于橋梁的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)病害普查和耐久性檢測(cè)重點(diǎn)研究了耐久性指標(biāo)的取值方法,并將變權(quán)理論引入橋梁耐久性評(píng)估中。最后將提出的評(píng)估方法應(yīng)用到實(shí)橋中驗(yàn)證其合理性和適用性。本文研究基于南通地區(qū)公路橋梁的實(shí)際環(huán)境,研究成果的針對(duì)性較強(qiáng),對(duì)南通地區(qū)公路混凝土橋梁的養(yǎng)護(hù)、管理、評(píng)價(jià)、維修和加固工作具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義,為鋼筋混凝土橋梁耐久性評(píng)估工作提供了重要的技術(shù)參考。
[Abstract]:Bridge plays an important role in the transportation system, and the phenomenon of structure deterioration and damage caused by its insufficient durability has always been a social concern, and the maintenance and management of bridge has been paid more and more attention. In this paper, the small span concrete beam bridge in the main highway of Nantong area of Jiangsu Province is taken as the research object, and the influence factors such as the environment of the coastal area are considered. This paper mainly studies on the following aspects: 1) the investigation and analysis of the disease of small and medium-sized bridges on the trunk highway of national province in Nantong area. This paper mainly includes the investigation of the present situation of highway bridges in Nantong area (including environment, climate, bridge load, etc.) and the investigation and analysis of main diseases of medium and small bridges. 2. The durability of typical bridges in Nantong area is tested and analyzed. It provides the technical data and scientific basis for the research of bridge durability evaluation. 3) using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), the durability evaluation index system of concrete beam bridge is established. Based on the field disease survey and durability detection of bridges, this paper focuses on the selection method of durability index, and introduces the variable weight theory into the durability evaluation of bridges. Finally, the proposed evaluation method is applied to the real bridge to verify its rationality and applicability. Based on the actual environment of highway bridges in Nantong area, the research results have strong pertinence, which has certain guiding significance for the maintenance, management, evaluation, maintenance and reinforcement of highway concrete bridges in Nantong area. It provides an important technical reference for durability evaluation of reinforced concrete bridges.
