基于SIMPACK的列車—軌道—橋梁耦合振動分析
[Abstract]:With the development of commercial multi-body dynamics software, researchers try to use commercial multi-body dynamics software to analyze the vehicle-bridge coupling vibration and obtain success. Compared with the traditional programming method, the commercial multi-body dynamics software for vehicle-bridge coupling vibration analysis has many advantages, such as high efficiency of modeling, visualization of modeling process, strong generality and so on. Based on the commercial multi-body dynamics software SIMPACKand taking the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway as the engineering background, the train-track bridge coupling vibration is analyzed and studied in this paper. The main research contents are as follows: (1) based on SIMPACK software, the classical simplified vehicle model and fine vehicle model are established. The latter takes into account the space distance of the action point of suspension spring damping, as well as the axle box rotating arm, the transverse stop and the vertical stop. The dynamic characteristics of the two models and their walking performance on rigid subgrade are compared. (2) based on SIMPACK software, a multi-body system model of rail-bridge is established. The track-bridge structure is regarded as a multi-body system composed of the left rail, the right rail and the flexible body of the bridge structure. Considering the nonlinearity of the longitudinal resistance of the fastener, the simulation method based on SIMPACK and ANSYS is used. (3) based on the above model, the train track bridge multi-body system model considering track flexibility is established, and the dynamic response of train and bridge is calculated. The influence of vehicle model refinement on the dynamic response of vehicle and bridge is analyzed. The calculation method and research results in this paper can provide reference for the design and calculation of high-speed railway bridges in China.
