城市隧道施工中對(duì)地上建筑物的監(jiān)控量測(cè)及安全評(píng)估

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展、社會(huì)的不斷進(jìn)步,大城市和特大城市的中心地區(qū)人口密集、交通擁擠,這些問(wèn)題成為制約社會(huì)發(fā)展的阻力!長(zhǎng)久以來(lái),為解決交通擁堵這些問(wèn)題,主要是靠不斷擴(kuò)大城市用地來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)的。但是隨著人口的不斷增加,擴(kuò)大城市用地不符合當(dāng)前我國(guó)用地緊缺的實(shí)情,為實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展,我們將發(fā)展的焦點(diǎn)放在了地下空間的開(kāi)發(fā)中。隧道施工中對(duì)地面建筑物影響較大,導(dǎo)致地上建筑破壞的事故頻傳,然而國(guó)內(nèi)對(duì)隧道施工中地上建筑的安全評(píng)估的研究非常少,因此城市對(duì)到施工中對(duì)地面建筑物的安全監(jiān)測(cè)以及安全評(píng)估具有十分重要的意義。本文將依托重慶兩江大橋渝中連接隧道工程,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)調(diào)研、數(shù)值計(jì)算以及工程實(shí)踐的方法。首先,對(duì)相關(guān)的國(guó)內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)就行查閱,包括國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于近接建筑物監(jiān)控量測(cè)的研究成果、工程經(jīng)驗(yàn)以及研究方法,然后使用有限元軟件MIDAS-GTS對(duì)隧道洞室各個(gè)開(kāi)挖階段進(jìn)行模擬,隧道洞內(nèi)相應(yīng)斷面和相應(yīng)地表以及上層建筑物的影響,和地表的沉降以及房屋傾斜。針對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀,借鑒其他學(xué)者的研究成果,對(duì)隧道開(kāi)挖與地面建筑物之間的影響問(wèn)題進(jìn)行研究和總結(jié)。然后對(duì)隧道開(kāi)挖中的卸荷引起地層和結(jié)構(gòu)物內(nèi)力應(yīng)力應(yīng)變變化的規(guī)律進(jìn)行研究,并提出地表和結(jié)構(gòu)物變形時(shí)候的時(shí)效特征。其次針對(duì)地面建筑物安全指標(biāo),即沉降和傾斜提出安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值。最后對(duì)隧道下穿的建筑物——農(nóng)業(yè)銀行住宅樓和農(nóng)業(yè)銀行行政樓的監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行研究,以影響建筑安全使用的沉降、傾斜變形為評(píng)判要素,對(duì)建筑物的安全進(jìn)行評(píng)估。以及對(duì)隧道施工中下穿農(nóng)業(yè)銀行進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬,制作建筑物變形時(shí)空曲線圖,并對(duì)建筑物進(jìn)行安全評(píng)估。最后得出:①?gòu)囊?guī)范查詢、經(jīng)驗(yàn)公式以及建模計(jì)算三方面確定安全指標(biāo)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值,得出農(nóng)業(yè)銀行住宅樓和行政樓的最大沉降標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值為20mm,農(nóng)業(yè)銀行住宅樓和行政樓整體傾斜度安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值為0.002。②施工階段農(nóng)業(yè)銀行住宅樓和行政樓變形值在安全合理范圍之內(nèi)。③對(duì)隧道施工階段進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬,得知隨著隧道開(kāi)挖,地面沉降不斷增大,并得知農(nóng)業(yè)銀行住宅樓和行政樓基礎(chǔ)最大沉降值以及整體傾斜度均在合理范圍內(nèi)。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of China's economy, the continuous progress of the society, the dense population and traffic congestion in the central areas of big cities and megacities, these problems have become resistance to the development of the society. For a long time, to solve the problems of traffic congestion, it is mainly realized by expanding urban and municipal land. But with the increasing population, The expansion of urban land use does not conform to the fact that the land is scarce in our country. In order to achieve sustainable development, the focus of our development is on the development of underground space. In the tunnel construction, the impact of the ground buildings on the ground buildings is greater, which leads to the failure of the buildings on the ground. However, the study on the safety assessment of the ground buildings in the tunnel construction is not a study in China. The city is very important to the safety monitoring and safety assessment of the ground buildings in the construction. This paper will rely on the Chongqing Liangjiang bridge Yuzhong connection tunnel project, using literature research, numerical calculation and engineering practice. First, the relevant domestic and foreign literature will be consulted, including the domestic and foreign related documents. The research results, engineering experience and research methods of monitoring and measuring near the building, and then using the finite element software MIDAS-GTS to simulate the excavation stages of tunnel caverns, the influence of the corresponding section and the corresponding surface and the upper structure in the tunnel, the settlement of the surface and the tilting of the buildings. In view of the research results of other scholars, the influence of tunnel excavation on ground buildings is studied and summarized. Then the law of stress and strain changes in the inner force of the strata and structures in the tunnel excavation is studied, and the time characteristics of the surface and structure deformation are put forward. Secondly, the safety of the ground building is aimed at the safety of the ground buildings. In the end, the monitoring data of the buildings under the tunnel, the Agricultural Bank residential building and the administrative building of the Agricultural Bank, are studied in order to affect the settlement of the building safety, the slope deformation as the evaluation factor, the evaluation of the safety of the building, and the lower wear of agricultural silver in the tunnel construction. The spatial and temporal curves of the building deformation are made, and the safety assessment of the buildings is made. Finally, the standard value of the safety index is determined from three aspects: the standard inquiry, the empirical formula and the modeling calculation. The maximum settlement standard of the Agricultural Bank residential building and the administrative building is 20mm, the Agricultural Bank residential building and the administrative building. The total slope safety standard value is 0.002.. The deformation value of the Agricultural Bank residential building and the administrative building in the construction stage is within the safe and reasonable range. Thirdly, the numerical simulation of the tunnel construction stage is carried out. It is found that the ground settlement increases with the tunnel excavation, and the maximum settlement value and the overall inclination of the Agricultural Bank's residential and administrative building foundation and the overall tilt are learned. The degree is within a reasonable range.
