特大型溶洞隧道綜合處治方案及施工技術

【摘要】:為解決巖溶地區(qū)公路隧道修建過程中特大型溶洞難跨越的問題,采用理論與現(xiàn)場相結合的方法,綜合考慮特大型溶洞的特點與處治難點,提出采用"承載樁基-縱橫框架梁板-鋼筋混凝土擋墻"組合處治結構與洞渣回填綜合處治的方案,在此基礎上建立一套以回填為基礎、自下而上交叉施工處治結構的施工方法,并提出洞渣回填、承載樁基、縱橫框架梁板結構及鋼筋混凝土擋墻結構施工等關鍵技術。現(xiàn)場施工實踐證明,該溶洞處治效果良好,能保證隧道施工安全與結構安全。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem that it is difficult to cross the super large karst cave in the construction process of highway tunnel in karst area, the method of combining theory with field is adopted, and the characteristics and treatment difficulties of super large karst cave are considered synthetically. This paper puts forward a comprehensive treatment scheme of "bearing pile foundation, longitudinal and horizontal frame beam-slab-reinforced concrete retaining wall" combined treatment structure and hole slag backfill, and establishes a set of comprehensive treatment scheme based on backfill. The construction method of cross construction from bottom to top is put forward, and the key technologies such as backfill of hole slag, pile foundation, beam slab structure and reinforced concrete retaining wall are put forward. The site construction practice shows that the cave has good treatment effect and can ensure the tunnel construction safety and structural safety.
