【摘要】：梅溪湖梅嶺公園跨龍王港河步行橋的3條步行道相互交錯,鋼結(jié)構(gòu)三向扭曲,河道不允許打樁。因此,鋼橋整體施工難度較大。分析了鋼結(jié)構(gòu)施工難點及應對措施,介紹了鋼結(jié)構(gòu)關鍵施工技術(shù)并進行鋼結(jié)構(gòu)施工全過程數(shù)值模擬分析,分析可知所有施工步驟的結(jié)構(gòu)變形、應力及支撐反力均滿足設計要求。采取現(xiàn)場分段拼裝后直接吊裝的方法,圓滿完成了步行鋼橋施工任務。
[Abstract]:The three walkways of Meiling Park across Longwanggang River are interlaced with each other, the steel structure is twisted in three directions, and piling is not allowed in the channel. Therefore, the overall construction of steel bridge is difficult. This paper analyzes the construction difficulties and countermeasures of steel structure, introduces the key construction technology of steel structure and carries out numerical simulation analysis of the whole process of steel structure construction. The analysis shows that the structural deformation, stress and supporting reaction force of all construction steps meet the design requirements. The construction task of walking steel bridge was successfully completed by using the method of direct hoisting after piecewise assembling.
