【摘要】：隨著公路建設(shè)的不斷推進(jìn),對(duì)公路設(shè)計(jì)及公路損傷機(jī)理的研究也提出了更高的要求。車(chē)輛荷載的反復(fù)作用是導(dǎo)致瀝青路面破壞的主要原因之一。本文針對(duì)柔性瀝青路面的結(jié)構(gòu)和材料特點(diǎn),考慮了土基的彈塑性和粘性,建立了瀝青混凝土路面和考慮瀝青材料粘彈性的SMA路面兩種柔性瀝青路面的三維有限元模型,并對(duì)車(chē)輛多輪三向隨機(jī)荷載的施加方式進(jìn)行了研究,對(duì)重型車(chē)輛隨機(jī)荷載作用下的兩種柔性瀝青路面的動(dòng)態(tài)響應(yīng)進(jìn)行了研究。仿真計(jì)算得到了兩種柔性瀝青路面的應(yīng)力和應(yīng)變大小及變化規(guī)律,及不同車(chē)速下瀝青混凝土路面的應(yīng)力、應(yīng)變變化。結(jié)果表明,相比于法向、縱向、側(cè)向隨機(jī)荷載單獨(dú)作用,在車(chē)輛多輪三向隨機(jī)荷載作用下的瀝青混凝土路面產(chǎn)生了更大的各向應(yīng)力、應(yīng)變,可見(jiàn)以往只考慮車(chē)輛法向荷載的方法不夠準(zhǔn)確;瀝青混凝土路面面層各向最大應(yīng)力、應(yīng)變隨著速度增加不斷變大。在車(chē)輛隨機(jī)荷載作用下瀝青混凝土路面和SMA路面的破壞方式不同,瀝青混凝土路面從水泥穩(wěn)定碎石下面層最先開(kāi)始產(chǎn)生疲勞破壞,而SMA路面則是從瀝青Sup25下面層開(kāi)始產(chǎn)生破壞。論文的研究成果可為柔性瀝青路面的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)及路面性能研究提供指導(dǎo)作用,同時(shí)為路面響應(yīng)計(jì)算和路面壽命預(yù)測(cè)提供參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of highway construction, the research on highway design and damage mechanism has put forward higher requirements. The repeated action of vehicle load is one of the main causes of asphalt pavement damage. In this paper, according to the structure and material characteristics of flexible asphalt pavement, considering the elastoplasticity and viscosity of soil foundation, the three-dimensional finite element models of asphalt concrete pavement and SMA pavement with viscoelasticity of asphalt material are established. The dynamic response of two kinds of flexible asphalt pavement under random load is studied. The magnitude and variation of stress and strain of two kinds of flexible asphalt pavement and the variation of stress and strain of asphalt concrete pavement under different speed are obtained by simulation. The results show that, compared with the normal, longitudinal and lateral random loads alone, the asphalt concrete pavement under the action of multi-wheel and three-direction random loads produces more stress and strain in each direction. It can be seen that the method of only considering the normal load of vehicles is not accurate enough, and the maximum stress and strain in each direction of the surface layer of asphalt concrete pavement are increasing with the increase of speed. The failure modes of asphalt concrete pavement and SMA pavement are different under the random load of vehicle. The asphalt concrete pavement begins to produce fatigue damage from the cement stabilized macadam layer, while the SMA pavement starts from the asphalt Sup25 layer. The research results of this paper can provide guidance for structural design and pavement performance research of flexible asphalt pavement, and also provide reference for pavement response calculation and pavement life prediction.
