【摘要】：隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,形成了經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化背景下的都市圈。都市圈旅客出行有其特有的需求和特征,而目前都市圈旅客運(yùn)輸并不能完全滿足旅客需求。都市圈旅客運(yùn)輸現(xiàn)在存在很多問題,如城際間各交通運(yùn)輸方式不能良好銜接、客運(yùn)結(jié)構(gòu)不均衡等,阻礙了城市間的人員往來和經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系。都市圈旅客運(yùn)輸一體化是打破區(qū)域內(nèi)行政界限、部門界限、地域界限,把都市圈內(nèi)所有的交通資源(基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、交通工具、交通信息)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)一規(guī)劃、統(tǒng)一管理、統(tǒng)一組織、統(tǒng)一調(diào)配的一體化發(fā)展模式,是解決現(xiàn)狀問題的途徑。本文以京津冀都市圈為研究對象,從理論與實踐兩個層面出發(fā),提出了京津冀都市圈綜合運(yùn)輸體系一體化思路。在分析研究京津冀都市圈的宏觀發(fā)展情況、綜合旅客運(yùn)輸體系的現(xiàn)狀、存在問題的基礎(chǔ)上,與國內(nèi)外都市圈綜合運(yùn)輸體系一體化的經(jīng)驗進(jìn)行比較并借鑒。其后著手研究京津冀都市圈旅客出行需求,分析旅客的出行影響因素、客流結(jié)構(gòu)、客流類型和出行需求,并提出旅客對京津冀都市圈旅客運(yùn)輸一體化的需求非常迫切。在分析需求的基礎(chǔ)上,劃分了京津冀都市圈的交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)層次,并以城際軌道交通為研究重點,劃分京津冀軌道交通圈。最后對于京津冀都市圈交通發(fā)展重點進(jìn)行了闡述,研究了城際軌道交通與其他交通方式的分工銜接情況。本文通過對京津冀都市圈旅客運(yùn)輸一體化協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的研究,對一體化的發(fā)展對策做初步的理論探索,給出實施建議,為推進(jìn)京津冀都市圈旅客運(yùn)輸一體化發(fā)展提供參考指引。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, the metropolitan area has formed under the background of economic integration. Metropolitan area passenger travel has its unique needs and characteristics, but the current metropolitan area passenger transport can not fully meet the passenger demand. There are many problems in the passenger transportation of metropolitan area, such as the intercity transportation modes are not well connected, the structure of passenger transport is not balanced, and so on, which hinders the communication and economic connection between cities. The integration of passenger transport in metropolitan area is to break the administrative, departmental and regional boundaries within the region, and to plan, manage and organize all the transportation resources (infrastructure, transportation, traffic information) in the metropolitan area. The integrated development mode of unified deployment is the way to solve the problem of present situation. This paper takes the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei metropolitan area as the research object, and puts forward the idea of integrated transportation system of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei metropolitan area from the two aspects of theory and practice. On the basis of analyzing the macro development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei metropolitan area, the present situation and existing problems of comprehensive passenger transportation system, this paper compares and draws lessons from the experience of integration of integrated transportation system of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei metropolitan area at home and abroad. Then it studies the passenger travel demand of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei metropolitan area, analyzes the passenger travel influence factors, the passenger flow structure, the passenger flow type and the travel demand, and points out that the passenger transportation integration demand of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei metropolitan area is very urgent. Based on the analysis of the demand, the traffic network level of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Metropolitan area is divided, and the intercity rail transit is taken as the research focus, and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei rail transit circle is divided. Finally, this paper expounds the key points of traffic development in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei metropolitan area, and studies the division of labor between intercity rail transit and other modes of transportation. Through the study of the coordinated development of passenger transport integration in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei metropolitan area, this paper makes a preliminary theoretical exploration on the development countermeasures of integration, and gives some suggestions for implementation, which provides a reference for promoting the integrated development of passenger transport in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei metropolitan area.
